Honestly as my first experience this had been an amazing. I was treated with kindness, care and laughter. Anna and Nasima were so attentive and giving me recommendation and advice on my hair treatment as well as being mindful of my skin condition. Always making sure I was fine alone the way and has no irritation during the process. Couldn't have asked for more of a better experience than this... Just had my hair done here for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier! Mikayla, who did my hair, was absolutely lovely — she listened carefully to everything I said, offered great advice on colour and style, and went above and beyond to achieve the look I wanted. Nasima was also wonderful; she was so kind and helpful when I spoke to her on the phone beforehand. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this salon to my friends and family!

Highly recommended this salon done my hair color last week and my hair color turn unexpected !!!!! Like a dream colours I always wanted to achieve. Appreciate hilda for her amazing hard work to achieved the right colour that I always wanted. I'm always scared to go random new salons cause of my previous bad experience that cause me over charge including damaged hair without even achieving the right colour I wanted but this salon just absolutely 👍 brilliant. Very professional and friendly staff and very kind and helpful manager who really care about customer needs and her stuff. Outstanding service !!! Absolutely 10/10 service couldn’t have asked for better quality. Macala was so down to earth and she listened to everything I wanted and got it spot on defenetly going back to get my roots topped up and a Lovley blow dry and style. I’m sure she had posted more Lovley photos of this transformation but here’s one I took myself for reference of the beautiful job.

So happy with my money piece, hair cut and blow dry! After having an awful experience at another salon, it was a great experience. Micheala is brilliant and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be coming back!

Small intimate salon with a perfectly personal service, Naz welcomed me and offered a drink. Michaela the stylist was very proud to own my haircut and style, which says it all! I left feeling very satisfied and will be returning even though a live miles away. Best service ever!! Thank you 🤩
