Great dentist and office personnel! They are always available when you need them. This was my first year using them and I’ve had nothing but a great experience!

I want to tell the owner of Ladd Dental that Tammy at the Westfield office 110% deserves a raise big time. I’m almost 50 years old and I have never had a dental hygienist as sweet and as kind as her. Finding a good dentist can be really apprehensive. The dental firm I went to for 10 years no longer took my insurance so I was forced to find something new and luckily I landed on Ladd Dental. All of the staff were really amazing and so was the dentist. Everyone has great bedside manner they make sure that they Take the time to explain everything and you don’t feel like you’re being rushed. They make sure that you’re getting taken care of. I had lots of issues that needed addressed, and I was able to get them all taken care of in the same week that I contacted them. I would 1000% recommend Ladd dental. Glad I Found a new dental home for all of my needs.

I was looking for a good dentistry in the area. Read some good reviews and decided to give LADD a shot. Jay at the receptionist desk was welcoming, and made the check-in process go extremely smooth and quick. Liz and Emma who took x-ray and cleaned my teeth took their time to answer any questions I had. Would recommend 10/10

What an amazing experience!!! From ladies at front desk, the dental assistant and the dentist, it was so stress and pain free. I had all of my upper teeth (9) extracted, and I couldn’t be happier with the results of my new dentures!!! Thank you all so much!!!

This office told me they accepted my insurance and that I would owe nothing out of pocket. I provided all my insurance information ahead of time and trusted their word. After my appointment, they suddenly called to say I don’t actually have dental coverage, meaning they never properly verified my insurance before treating me. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism. Verifying coverage is a basic part of running a medical office, and now I’m left with a bill I never agreed to. If they had done their job correctly, I could have avoided this situation entirely. Be extremely careful if you’re considering going here. Do not assume they’ve checked your insurance.

I needed to have a new crown. The 2-visit experience was one of the best I've ever had. One reason is that from the time they took out the old crown, put a temporary tooth in, and then placed the new, permanent tooth, it was exactly 1 week. The second reason is that I had no issues with the temporary crown. The young lady did a great job of building it so that I wouldn't have any issues. The staff and Dr. Trillet are personable and efficient. I highly recommend LADD Dental Group of Westfield.

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and laid back in the best way, professional yet never rushed. The entire staff is incredibly personable, and I fully trust their expertise and care. I tend to ask a lot of questions and sometimes hesitate with procedures, but they always handle it with patience and reassurance. They take their time to explain everything thoroughly and ensure I’m comfortable every step of the way. Sammie is phenomenal, both in skill and personality! Jay is always on top of everything, incredibly knowledgeable, and kind. And Dr. Trillet is outstanding. He takes the time to have a conversation with me at every visit and does great work. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust with a team that truly cares, I highly recommend them!
