We worked with Lisa as our post partum doula for 12 weeks, and we truly cannot say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, we felt completely comfortable and safe leaving our newborn in her care — which, as first-time parents, meant everything to us. Lisa supported Lily tremendously with feeding, sleep, and overall development, and she was an incredible resource not just practically, but emotionally as well. She offered thoughtful guidance, reassurance, and wisdom during a time that can feel overwhelming, and she did so with so much warmth and care. She genuinely felt like part of our family, and our experience was better in every way because of her. We highly recommend Lisa to any family and would absolutely hope to work with her again in the future.

Cannot recommend Lisa enough. Thanks to her care, experience, and guidance our little fella is sleeping through the night and napping/eating well during the day before three months. With great effort, this is not something my first two kids and I were able to achieve on our own. Our entire family is so grateful to have worked with Lisa because it meant well rested parents with enough energy for the big kids too. Thank you Lisa!

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about sweet Miss Lisa and Labor & Lullabies! From the moment we arrived home from the hospital, she immediately put us at ease and we knew we were in the very best hands. The peace of mind and rest she gave us, especially as first-time parents, was an incredible gift. Lisa is truly a baby whisperer. Our daughter absolutely adored her and we did too. As a first-time mom living far from family, her support made all the difference in smoothing the postpartum transition! She is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to connecting you with resources and specialists in the local area for your little one. Thank you, Lisa! Our only regret is not booking you for the whole summer!

We highly recommend Ms. Lisa! We were lucky enough to have her help to care for our 2 month old for a few nights. In our short time with her she provided recommendations to help increase sleep, professional resources for both mom and baby, and most of all gave her love and care all night to our little one who was struggling with reflux and colic and allowed two exhausted parents to get some much needed sleep! My only regret is that we didn’t reach out sooner and get to have Ms. Lisa for longer in our newborn journey!

Ms. Lisa is wonderful! She takes such good care of your baby. I felt so comfortable leaving her with my baby and it takes a lot for me to feel ok leaving him!! She is also very knowledgeable and you can ask her anything baby, sleep, feeding related and she is so helpful. We would recommend Ms. Lisa to anyone! If you are considering using a doula I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Lisa! We miss her already.

There are really not enough words to describe how amazing our experience with Lisa was. We were fortunate enough to have her as an overnight postpartum doula for about three months. First off - she’s great at what she does. She’s professional, extremely knowledgeable, and trustworthy. As a first time mom with no family close, I knew I needed postpartum support but I was apprehensive about having a stranger care for my infant. Within minutes of being in our home, Lisa put me at ease and I just knew our son was in great hands. Over the subsequent weeks, Lisa brought us fantastic tips and tricks, product recommendations, and noticed things about our son for us to raise with our pediatrician. She KNOWS infants - all of her instincts proved to be correct (eg - she knew my son had a tongue tie, that his congestion wasn’t related to reflux, etc). Our son started sleeping through the night at around 8 weeks and now and 14 weeks, sleeps 12 hrs overnight - we followed miss Lisa’s recommendations and she’s a huge credit to his sleep success! Even when my son started sleeping for longer chunks at night, it gave me such peace to have another set of experienced and caring eyes on him to catch things/guide us. And on top of it - Lisa’s a great person, she has a huge heart, really cares about her clients, and stepped in to support me through breastfeeding and general postpartum struggles. I can’t imagine my postpartum journey without her. She’s truly the best in the business.

It is always such a special experience to meet someone who has found a role they are made for. As a first time mom, I can’t imagine a better resource than Ms. Lisa. Even though we only had the pleasure of working with her for three daytime postpartum doula visits, it was one of the most impactful parts of our early postpartum period. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable and a great resource for high quality product/support recommendations (including a wonderful lactation consultant), Lisa has such a warm, validating, and calming presence. Both my husband and I are more confident and relaxed parents because of her wisdom. She was able to immediately help us establish a daytime sleep routine for our one week old, who now regularly takes naps in his crib. My only regret is my husband, our son, and I were unable to spend more time with her. We can’t wait to rebook Lisa (for way more visits) for future children. Thank you so much for the work you do!

We used Lisa for overnight care for our newborn. As second time parents, we knew how tiring the newborn phase can be. Lisa took care of our son overnight which allowed us to get the uninterrupted sleep that we needed! She also helped us navigate how to help a baby who really does not like to sleep at night! Lisa’s network of infant care and women’s support was also extremely helpful and allowed us to get our baby the attention and bodywork he needed. We wouldn’t have know if these services without her. I really wish we had Lisa’s help for our first child and would absolutely call her if we have another baby.

Miss Lisa is truly a gift to the world, to parents, and to their babies. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have her support in the first three months after our daughter was born and I cannot say enough good things about her. We knew we would need support, guidance, and sleep - all of which Lisa provided generously. As new parents though, what we under estimated was how sanity-saving it would be to have Miss Lisa come and allow us to just turn our brains off for a bit, knowing our daughter was in the best hands possible, and that she would be better of the next day and all the days after for the time she spent with Lisa. If you're an expecting parent and your brain is spinning with all the things to remember and juggle and prepare for - please give yourself the gift of Miss Lisa's care. It's the best thing we did for ourselves in the new parent journey and I am confident you'll feel the same.

After learning we were having surprise twins with my third pregnancy, we knew we needed some help. A dear friend recommended Miss Lisa, and boy are we glad she did. While it wasn’t our first time as parents, we felt like novices when the twins arrived, and Miss Lisa made us feel right at ease. She wasn’t the least bit fazed by NICU stays, tongue-tie releases and exercises, and managing feeding two very small babies at the same time. And by the time she was finished, the twins were great sleepers. We are so grateful for her support the first few months of the twins’ life, and would recommend her to anyone expecting twins or just trying to navigate new parenthood.
