I happened to chance upon Lab Grown Diamond Centre and took that leap of faith to make an appointment and went to their showroom. The showroom is located in the upscale part of Hong Kong and the place make me feel very comfortable. It was there that I met the most patient sales person - Isis. She guided me through the entire process of selecting diamonds as I am absolutely clueless about diamonds. She also shared with me the difference between natural diamonds versus Lab grown but was never for a second pushy with the sales process. She was absolutely professional. Finally I streamed down my selection and was debating between Emerald and Oval. Isis showed me even more options, explaining all the ratios and cuts. However, I still couldnt decide but she suggested that I should go back and sleep on it and meanwhile we were still communicating via whatsapp. Isis took all the extra steps to continuously search for even more options for me. I finally saw something that I like and made a second trip to the shop. I paid for the deposit of the stone and there on, we started working on the design. The end product only took 3 weeks which was unexpectedly fast. Overall, I have to say that the service was amazing and thank you to everyone in the shop and especially to Isis. I have never imagined that I will be an owner of such an beautiful ring!! I am so happy that I took the leap of faith to visit Lab Grown Diamond Centre.
