What an excellent company! Israel and his crew pressure washed and painted our house exterior and did a number of repairs — from leveling and securing our front portico to repairing shower tile. Everything about their work here was highly professional — quality craftsmanship, attention to detail. They did an excellent job for a fair price. And everyone on the team was very kind and pleasant to interact with. We will surely be recommending La Vista Construction to our neighbors and friends.

Israel and his crew members did a fantastic job at my house during a two week period. Originally the job was to be interior painting plus repairing drywall all over house. The walls had aged and there was quite a bit of damage throughout. During the initial planning, it was discovered that piping in the house was made of polybutylene, which is a very low grade of pipe. It all needed to be changed out. So re-plumbing house was added to the interior paint job. It turned out to be a big project and lasted two weeks. Plumbing had to be done first before painting could begin. Besides the painting, drywall and plumbing work done, several other things were accomplished. New lighting fixtures were installed by the on-staff electrician. He also installed a new hood range. The plumbers replaced the tile in the tub and shower in master bathroom, placed new flooring and a new toilet. The bathroom is one of my favorite parts of house now, besides the excellent lighting the new fixtures provide. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were also painted, giving the house a more open, clean look. My cat and I moved to another location while the work was being done. Israel sent updates to me daily with pictures showing progress being made. He and I communicated as often as we needed to. He had the utmost patience and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I was so fortunate that he had such a talented crew to handle the demands of this job. They were very polite, professional and always arrived on time. I will have this company come back to have a few more projects done in the future. They did an outstanding job on every aspect, and even had someone to do cleaning after the work was completed. I have referred Israel and his crew to other potential clients and would feel confident in recommending them to family and friends. You will not regret hiring these folks to do your desired projects. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I was very impressed with Israel when he came to my home to give me an estimate. He was professional and I had his quote in a day or two. I got 3 quotes and they were very similar, but Israel is the reason I chose his company. The job was painting the entire exterior of my house and staining the deck. This included painting siding, gutters, doors, shutters, etc. I was so pleased with the way it turned out. The job was done in 3 days, which is what Israel estimated at the outset. His workers Josue and Maribel were excellent and always on time, very professional and worked steadily each day. This company did such a great job that I will have them back to paint the interior of my house. I would also recommend them to members of my family, and that is saying something!! You can't go wrong with Buena Vista Painting.

Outstanding! I’ve worked with LaVista since 2016. They have been exceptional on every project they’ve done for me. My recent project was a $100k renovation on a commercial rental that was vandalized… LaVista exceeded my expectations. There is simply no one I’ll work with that I trust as much as this company. I’ve gotten to the know the owner. He’s outstanding. Just a wonderful person. LaVista has always provided me the most competitive quotes, has always exceeded my expectations and has always gone the extra mile to make sure projects are buttoned up on time and within budget. I cannot recommend this company enough. The recent renovation I mentioned above was completed “turn key” in 2 weeks!!! I am shocked there are not more reviews for this company. They are a 10star company. I have used them twice already for my extremely huge home and the work has been flawless. I cannot share enough how pleased I am with the work. The 1st job took 3 days and you would not have even known they were there in the main part of my house. The crew is EXTREMELY professional, on-time, careful, and work hard. Many times I wondered if they even took breaks (they assured me they did!) I have another big project coming up in my home and I wouldn't consider anyone but them. Oh and did I mention how reasonable their prices are? Unbelievably reasonable and fair. I learned about them by asking my friends for the best "painters" around and their name was at the top of the list. They are way more than just painters, they are a homeowners dream. I honestly can say I have not exaggerated any part of this review. Phenomenal work done by this crew from the 1st phone call, to the last where Israel called to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. 10 stars out of 5!!

I must rave about this company (Isreal and his team) for doing an impeccable job on our exterior. After such a pleasant encounter with Isreal and seeing such great reviews of the Company, we decided that Buena Vista Painting was a good fit for us. From the beginning to end, Isreal and his team made it seamless. They were very professional, punctual, attentive, meticulous, clean, hard-working, and reasonable (in every sense). The team made sure to check in at various punch points to efficiently ensure that all of our needs were met. They made the entire process so easy that we were able to stay happy and excited for the finished product without any stress or worry! We are so happy with the end result, and actually miss having the guys around as they were all so nice and pleasant to be around.
