*** An absolutely wonderful experience—I’m confident you’ll feel the same. *** I called on Friday morning to ask if flowers could be delivered by 10am the next day. The lovely assistant said she’d need to check, and within minutes she called back to confirm it was possible. I placed my order, and the flowers arrived at 9:40am—beautifully arranged and exactly as requested. They were so well received! The entire process was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I can wholeheartedly recommend them! 😀

I arranged for flowers to be delivered for mother's day. I live overseas so only had the website to go off and they thoroughly exceeded my expectations. I was also able to add on some chocolates and a card into the package too, which was a nice touch. I also think the price was quite reasonable for the quality delivered. My only suggestion would be to provide a slightly more informative "order tracking" page on the website. The status of my order stayed as "pending" or something similar until 4pm of the day of the delivery, so I was a little worried it had been forgotten. If the status changed like "payment received" to "order received by store" to "flowers arranged" to "pending delivery" (or something similar) then I would have more reassurance that it hadn't been forgotten. I would still absolutely order my flowers with them again.

Visited for the first time to pick out some flowers with my little sister for mum’s birthday 💐 We wanted to make an arrangement with mum’s favourite colours and were guided through the whole process which was so exciting! 😆 Had the loveliest time chatting with Rachel, she has a wonderful eye for colour/shape balance and her experience really shows. We really enjoyed watching her put the flowers and leaves we chose together so swiftly and they were wrapped beautifully too 🍃 La Vie en Rose has a gorgeous display every time I walk past, and there are lots of pretty pre-made arrangements, but I definitely recommend trying out making a lil custom one. Very budget friendly, great experience, highly recommend! 🫶 Included a pic of what it looked like when we walked out and at home the next day when the flowers opened up more 🌸 (disclaimer: we love the arrangement we got but we added some chrysanthemums we had at home as filler because the vase we had was slightly too wide!)

Pretty in Pink! Gifts from my local florist are always gorgeous. I have been the fortunate recipient of several floral gifts after a serious injury has left me housebound for a few months.

I’m so impressed with this florist - for their beautiful and generously sized bouquets and arrangements, their reasonable prices, and their customer service. I have ordered twice in recent weeks for local deliveries (whilst I am based overseas). The team at La Vie en Rose Florist have been really helpful and easy to communicate with, ordering is very easy, and they are super quick in delivering the flowers. Here is a photo of what I ordered to be sent to my friend - I had ordered the ‘Pink Arrangement’ in a Medium size. When my friend sent me the photo, I was blown away by how beautiful the arrangement was, and also the really wonderful value for money. Highly, highly recommend!

So lucky this is my local florist. Have bought ready-made bouquets, plants and had special arrangements delivered. Rachel has such talent for combining colours, and the recipients have all been thrilled with the results.
