Headline: 44 Years in Remodeling and I’ve Never Seen Dedication Like This I needed a tub and a tile shower reglazed while my usual specialist was on vacation, so I gave LA Reglazing a try. After 44 years in the remodeling industry, I can honestly say I have rarely encountered a company that stands behind its work like this. They dispatched two technicians on a Sunday morning to tackle a very neglected tub and shower. Because of the heavy soap buildup, no one realized the shower was missing grout until after it had been stripped, etched, and glazed. I planned to just have my own crew touch it up with white epoxy, but LA Reglazing caught the issue themselves after reviewing the technician's video. They actually insisted on coming back to sand, regrout, and reglaze it properly. Even when I told them I was fine with a quick fix, they refused to settle for "good enough." The owner, Cornelius, showed up personally and refinished the entire project until it was perfect. I am beyond impressed and humbled by their integrity and commitment to quality.
