I can’t say enough good things about this company. Jeff came out promptly to give me a quote. He could have helped me, but he referred me to another company to save me money due to the condition of the leveling on my mobile home and the amount of repairs it needed. He was very helpful, upfront, and honest. I will definitely be calling him for any future leaving or sub flooring needs. It’s hard to find that honesty when you are a woman meeting with contractors.

We have a 1960s house on lake o the pines which was quite unlevel, had piers failing etc…. I had a great experience with this company. Jeff came out for the inspection and quote. He told me what was wrong, the plan to repair it, how much it would cost and when they would start. Fast forward to the end of the job, it’s repaired and leveled, it cost exactly what he quoted, and he started a day early. I had four different companies quote it. He wasn’t the cheapest and he wasn’t the most expensive. One company even told me they could not level the house (had a 5” drop over a span of only 16 feet on one area) because the roof and walls would break.. I asked Jeff about this and he told me he knew how to fix it. I’m so glad I hired him for this job! I would recommend LW Davis. 5 stars.

Jeff and his crew were great. When I requested a quote, Jeff listened to all of my concerns and gave a thorough inspection of both the inside and the outside/foundation of the house. Jeff gave me a complete breakdown of the what the job would entail. The day we scheduled to start the job, Jeff and his crew were right on time. I was very pleased with the services which included 1. Reshim all existing piers on existing sill beams and 2. installed additional piers in between existing that were too far apart which provided needed support where existing sill beams were bowing. Contractors were very professional and friendly and did not hesitate to respond to questions that concerned me. I will call again as needed. Thanks guys!!!
