.★☆☆☆☆ — VERY MISLEADING, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNFINISHED WORK!!! Braddy advertises “20 years of experience,” but only has a few reviews, and now I understand WHY!!! He refuses to come see the job at first, make you wait for a month before starting the job, gives an incorrect estimate for materials, then tries to blame on the cudtomer's for his own mistakes. I paid nearly $3,000, and he rushed through the work, left it unfinished, and never returned to finish the job despite multiple promises. He was supposed to replace all urine-stained boards in three rooms, but several were left untouched (pics below). He didn’t even replace the old, smelly barrier paper under the flooring... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! When I asked him to finish what I already paid for, he said he was “too busy with another client” and tried to charge extra to correct his own poor work. On top of that, he spoke negatively about past clients, which now makes a lot more sense why there aren't more satisfied customer's reviews here!!!. I will be reporting him to the BBB. My advice to anyone considering hiring him: ❌ Do NOT pay anything upfront ❌ Get everything in writing ⚠ AVOID ENTIRELY - THERE ARE MORE RESPECTFUL AND HONEST CONTRACTORS OUT THERE!!! Very disappointed and would not recommend this contractor.
