⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Larry at L&S was outstanding from start to finish. His customer service is truly amazing—honest, transparent, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never tried to upsell or pressure me. Larry showed up on time, was professional and respectful of my home, and made sure the job was done right. It’s refreshing to find someone in the heat and air business who is this trustworthy and dependable. Larry is the best! He came out the SAME DAY on a Saturday! He knew exactly what was wrong with my home AC unit, and he had the parts on-hand to fix it. He got it fixed in just 1 hour (needed a new blower motor), and now we aren’t melting in this Oklahoma June heat anymore. Fair pricing, very knowledgeable.

Larry and his helper were well groomed and clean. Their behavior was professional, courteous, and friendly. They installed a complete central heat and air unit inside and the unit outside in under 4 hours. I would give them 100 stars if I had that option. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10.

Wish I could give more than five stars. They came to my rescue on a Friday after my AC went out and had the unit on my doorstep at 8:30am on Monday. Beat every quote I got by a mile and they had everything finished and cleaned up by noon. Will absolutely be my go-to for future repairs and maintenance.

I had a great experience with L&S Air. My air conditioner went out and they came the same day I contacted. They were able to diagnose the issue and had parts on hand to fix the problem within an hour.

They did a real good job. They cleaned my inside air conditioner and outside air conditioner unit. Hey, antifreeze in it, and it runs real good. Thank you so much. I will call them when I need them now. He's nice and friendly and he walks you. Through step-by-step, what is doing. I like them.
