Last week I had a water leak coming from a foundation wall crack. I called Lazaro at L&P Waterproofing, based on the reviews I read on line. I was not disappointed with his service and professionalism. He came to my house two hours after contacting him and was able to repair the crack the same day. I called in a panic on Friday morning, and the crack in my basement was repaired by Friday afternoon. Pedro was professional, knowledgeable, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job repairing the crack. He explained to me exactly what he did, why he did it, and how each material works to keep water out. AND the work has a lifetime warranty that is transferable! It rained HARD the next two days, and my basement was still bone dry. Did I mention that the price was extremely reasonable, too? Because it was very reasonable! We were in the middle of a basement remodel, and found a crack in the foundation where water was getting in. Pedro came out the next day, gave us a free inspection and quote for repairing it from the inside and the outside of the house, and then came out the following day and completed the job. I called to have someone give us an estimate for a foundation leak and Pedro came out the same day and explained the process to my husband, showed him the products that would be used and gave us an estimate for the work. After several estimates we decided to go with Pedro. We really liked the attention that was given to our concerns and the process that would be performed. We've had Pedro out to fix four cracks in our basement now. Three of them had previously been repaired very poorly by the previous owner of the house. Pedro thoroughly explained what they had done wrong and how he was going to fix them the correct way. He cleaned up all of the dust and debris from his work and left the basement cleaner than when he got there! The prices he quoted were very fair too. Awesome job, showed him my concerns and one was a definite leak the other is by the washer and he could see no cracks that were causing it. He recommended to watch at the next rain and also check the washer, as it was very small water stain. The second was an actual leak and he gave me a reasonable estimate and repaired it on the spot.
