Ordered a custom made tray and canopy from Mike at the Melbourne 4x4 show. It arrived on time at there shed in keysborough. His team was very professional and did a very tidy install, would highly recommend chivalry canopies.

We reside in a rural area which made the decision overall a bit more challenging for us personally. When advised I wasn't happy with scratches to out family ute for installation of canopy; to the installation and canopy not centred. With scratch marks and still told we won't do anything about it. Dissapointed. I asked for a refund they said no.. quality for a "premimium set up" of 20k discounted definately not worth the money. They have no idea on customer services. Just argue so they don't have to repay. No contract written just return policy which I advised. Seeking lawyer for reimbursement.. go elsewhere u want cheap here it is... attitude for mike says it all... dissapointment... b3low 1 star

The service from chivalry is excellent, Brad went above and beyond for me. There was a small issue with the canopy I ordered, but Brad saved the day for me and I ended up leaving happier than what I had expected. The tray and canopy looks great and I am very happy with the product. Definitely recommended.

Great bunch of guys to work with, they make everything easy, just ask and they will help you build your dream canopy, tray and add on tool boxes. Recommend Chivalry, i have had other canopy's in the past and this is great quality the X3 with 2.4 roof rack, ladder roller, side tool boxes, LED lights, had no water entering, anywhere, the only bad thing is where Ford put the antenna on the roof of the car which interferes with reception, which i plan to relocate. The side lane departure sensors work well, as do the reversing camera and sensors, so no issues after 4 months driving. You will notice a reduction in fuel economy, going from original tray to canopy, but that's normal. I dropped by today to get some extra fasteners for internal drawers i was fitting and the guys were too happy to help, great service.

Bought a canopy from them about 2 weeks ago Barely even got home before the canopy fell off the back of my Ute Was sold the quick release clamps and was told it was fine to drive with them just as long as I don’t go 4WDing with them I thought that would be fine and then I was going to bolt it down anyway once the floor had gone in it I asked the company if they could do anything for me as they installed it and sold me the products to secure it The quick release clamps weren’t even made from stainless grade automotive steel, was just cheap gal They told me that they wouldn’t refund me or even give me another canopy as it’s not their issue that it fell off The scary part is that it was just lucky that it didn’t hit another car or kill anyone, it really would’ve been a lot worse if there was a car directly behind me I can no longer use the canopy as the doors are all bowed and it’s bent the frame of it when it hit the ground Was going to use it to set it up and go away camping at the end of the year but I think that won’t be happening this year anyway Also they told me that I installed it myself therefore that’s why it came off Attached is a photo of one of their employees fitting the canopy to my tray when I picked it up

Recently bought a tray and had it fitted by them. Lose brackets and bolts then diesel filler hose in horizontal position so you can’t fill it up. Really if I had to fix and check the installation I would’ve done it myself instead of paying for it.

From the first phone call to the installation of our new canopy, Tao and the team were very easy to talk to, and did an exceptional job on our new canopy. They overcame unforeseen hurdles efficiently and they all made this a fun and comfortable transaction. Great price as well. Should we need anything further, we will certainly be back. Five out of five was such an easy rating for these professional guys.
