They pumped the septic system, diagnosed the problem, and determined that the repair was covered under our home warranty. After the warranty company completed the repair, the alarm went off again about a month later. Once again, LE Parson came out right away and quickly identified that the breaker was tripping. What impressed me most was what happened next. The very next day, the owner personally came to my home, diagnosed a voltage issue affecting the septic system, and fixed it at no charge. In a time when it often feels like everything is about making money, that level of honesty, integrity, and customer service is rare. Afterward, they didn't try to upsell me on anything, only gave requested advice on how I could maintain the system myself.
