L.E. Isley & Sons is a great choice when choosing a plumber. My technician Jake was phenomenal. I had an issue with water pressure, and he quickly discovered it was the water softener and explained everything. I scheduled a next day install it was super fast. Prices are solid, they even let you provide your own softener. Jake did a great job and he even brought up our trash can after trash day on his way up. Can't beat customer service like that. Would highly recommend Isley, especially Jake! Update: My 13y/o water heater went out and Isley was able to come by next day (Saturday!!) And replace it. Alex was super helpful and quick with it. You really can't go wrong with Isley for all your plumbing needs.

Very easy to work with. Very responsive and professional. The employee was right on time and completed the work quickly. He answered all my questions and paying to bill electronically was easy. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. It is great working with a locally owned company.

Service and install was clean and neat. Installers were professional and timely. But this purchase nearly didn’t happen. Being a repeat customer I didn’t expect to have any difficulty in scheduling the service but the representative I talked to on the was, at first, insisting that I couldn’t schedule the work and the home owner would have to call. I provide property maintenance services for this client and it took some convincing to get it done. When I mentioned that i might switch from a 50 gallon to an 80 gallon tank I was told they didn’t offer 80 gallon. The representative didn’t offer up any alternatives just no they don’t offer 80. After asking what size was available I was told they have a 75 gallon. Didn’t understand why it felt like I had to pry it out of this person. So, service and product were great but the first, and important contact with the company could use some improvement.

My water heater leaked so I called Isley. They came out as soon as they could, next day after I called them. Andy was there with an apprentice. Water heater needed replaced and they could do it right then. Charge was $1800.00. I thought it was slightly high based on online searches of what water heaters cost but I didn’t know how much labor would be. All in all they replaced the water heater within the hour, took the old water heater and everything worked great. Was it worth $1800? To me it was. Andy was great, respectful of our space and the apprentice was great. Very clean as well. They didn’t leave anything behind. Overall great experience and I would use them again.

Had a fantastic experience with L.E. Isley & Sons. I called about an issue with our water heater and they were able to come out within two hours and replace the entire unit the same day. The technicians were extremely professional, efficient, and took the time to clearly explain what they were doing and why. They worked quickly but with great attention to detail, and they left the area spotless afterward. It’s rare to get service that is this responsive and this well-done. I really appreciate the team and highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing work done right.

Jeremy and Caleb were our technicians. They flushed the tankless water heater, adjusted the water softener, checked the sump pump, and turned off the gas line into the fireplace in anticipation of our having new gas logs installed. They were prompt, cheerful, efficient, and clearly explained everything they did. We have used Isley for years and highly recommend them. Excellent service!

We had two issues as a result of a home inspection. Both plumbers with Isley were on time, had the necessary experience and materials with them to get the jobs done in a timely manner. They left the job site clean. As a realtor I have recommended this company and am happy to do so!

First experience with L E Isley for plumbing needs. We were very pleased with tech Andy and would use them again. Basic toilet repair, faucet install and expansion tank replacement were all done with professional expertise. Andy is very knowledgeable and we will definitely use them for any future needs. The only negative is the $25 trip charge that is probably not unreasonable but annoying. Overall an excellent experience with office and technician contacts with L E Isley.

Shaun and his coworker were great! They quickly diagnosed our issue, contacted someone at the company to bring a replacement part and got it all wrapped up in a timely manner. Throughout the time they were here they were both congenial and kept me informed of what they were finding. I will continue to call Isley for plumbing needs.
