I cannot say enough amazing things about Kymera Independent Physicians. I currently see three different doctors there (my primary care physician, rheumatologist, and hematologist) and the level of care I receive is truly exceptional. What stands out most is how well they work together. My case is complex, and instead of treating pieces of me separately, they collaborate and communicate to make sure every part of my health is being addressed. That kind of coordinated care is rare and incredibly reassuring as a patient. They listen. They take me seriously. They explain things clearly. And most importantly, they fight for solutions. Fight for me! I’ve seen real progress under their care, and I genuinely feel supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a team that treats you like a whole person and not just a chart number, I highly recommend Kymera Independent Physicians. I’m so grateful to have them in my corner.

The staff at Kymera are kind, courteous and professional. From the front desk to the medical assistants everyone does their job efficiently and competently. Dr. Ramahi is a wonderful Healthcare provider. He asks insightful questions and provides easy to understand instructions, while detailing the reasons behind his diagnoses. My RA is being managed better, under his care, than it has in the past 25 years. Thanks Kymera!

I had an appoint with Dr Vielg February 17. I had to wait a long time which I understand because there are so many patients. We discussed a steroid injection on my left ring finger. After a few minutes he came back in the room to relay from his financial staff that they could not proceed with the injection because I owed $500!! One of the gals came in the room a bit later and said the same thing, even when I showed her the approved claim from UHC saying I didn't owe anything. They had to wait until the person who was in charge of that was at lunch and would call me as soon as she returned. I told her I would run errands in town but ended up leaving after about 45 minutes of waiting because I had to drive back to Ruidoso. Half way home I got a call and they said now I only owed a little over $100 and to come back for injection. Needless to say I did NOT return and was told to make another appointment to schedule the injection. I feel like this was poor communication on the staffs part, as they could have told me what my balance was when I checked in rather than an hour and a half later! I was not happy, still need to get the injection, which I have no problem paying the co-pay, but it is very time consuming to drive there, wait over an hour to be seen.

Dr Shetty is the best Dr I've seen in years! She listens, is compassionate and professional. She also gets things done quickly! Overall very impressive. The gals at the windows are helpful and friendly. I love my new Dr, the gal who took my blood was spectacular too. I'm very nervous when getting blood drawn and I never even felt it!!! No bruising either!

NP Samantha White is wonderful. Takes time to hear my concerns, offering detail health education, explores various treatment options and truly listens. I'm new to the area, and had some health challenges in November that put me in a critical position. She has helped me regain my strength and is slowly helping me get back to being the best me this year. My partner had health challenges prevented him from working in Oct of last year. The team at Kymera from PCP, Neurology, diagnostics etc. truly has been instrumental in the support he needs. Overall, very satisfied with the healthcare service at Kymera. Definitely a leader in the community from shifting from a healthcare system, to that of a system of health. Thank you Kymera, Alicia Ramos MS, LPC

Sondra Hutson, CFNP is fantastic. She is straightforward about what you need to do to get better. If you do not then she will call you on it. We, my spouse and I, love her. If she knows you need more than she can give, she will refer you to a Specialist. Staff are upbeat and friendly. They have their own area to do bloodwork on site. It is sent out but will not take long for results. 100% endorse Kymera & especially Sondra!

My husband and I have to travel 2 hours for our appointments with Dr. Darquea. We've been ill and were unable to physically travel this time. I called 2 days in advance of our appointments and asked his assistant for a tele-med appointment. Our tele-med appointments went well and we were able to accomplish all of our needs with Dr. Darquea without the pressure of long distance travel when we were to ill to travel. Thank you for your kindness in saving us a trip. Dr. Darquea was extremely understanding with our illness and was able to address our appointment issues with the tele-med appointment.

We arrived about 10 minutes early, waited maybe 10 minutes before we were called back to the exam room. Then waiting for the doctor himself was at least 45 to 50 minutes. He spent maybe 5 minutes with my husband but we were able to take care of everything we needed. Then it was another 20 minutes waiting for the nurse to come with the information we needed to make the next appointment. It took another 5 minutes waiting in line for that. A 9:45am appointment took an hour and a half. That's too long for a simple followup visit. It's not the only time that's happened either.

I have NOT had a doctor's visit like I did today!🤗 So refreshing to feel heard and seen. To have genuine conversations about your health (past and present) and goals..then make a plan of action to achieve those goals..thats the Healthcare I've missed for so long. If youre looking for an absolutely amazing PCP checkout Dr Cardenas. She is so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and im actually excited to work with her.

I saw Dr. Samantha White today 2/7/2026, to establish her as my primary care physician. Her nurse was very prompt in calling me back and she got right down to business. She was nice and asked all the right questions that Dr. White would need to know about me. Dr. White is a very thoughough Dr. with a kind and caring personality. She even caught some things addressed with me from a couple of years ago when I saw a different Dr. that I even forgot about. We discussed medication options and my concerns about each one. She eagerly helped me to choose the perfect medication that would address my problem AND it would serve two purposes allowing me to get off of another medication that I had been wanting to get off of anyway! She was patient with all my questions, set up some specialist appointments and follow-up visits. I liked her so much that I could see choosing her to be a friend of mine. I would definitely recommend Dr. White and her staff if you are looking for a GOOD general practitioner!
