I'm a first time homeowner in the area and had a unique situation with our front door being sealed shut with weather stripping and a deadbolt and the door knob being broken. I called, needing help immediately because it's the only door we could fit our furniture through and we needed to quickly move in so the trailer could get picked up. Robert answered our call and rather than send someone or let us call another person who would likely charge hundreds of dollars, he kindly talked me through how to open it. He was a total lifesaver and it goes to show how much this business cares about helping people. I highly recommend!

This is a very honest and dependable company. The rep that came out did a great job. His report and findings were spot on. He could have chosen to make a bogus report and charged a lot of money but chose to be honest and not make any money with a clean report. I would highly recommend this company for all your needs in this area.

Project managers Ben & Roger were excellent as well as their crew! They were all very professional and on time. We are extremely happy with the work that as been done due to the water damage. Ceilings replaced, walls painted, tile floor replaced, ceiling lights replaced and hardwoods refinished…they worked with our insurance company to provide a smooth transformation of our home.

Google Reviews do matter! I used their mitigation service last week for what I initially thought was just a leak. The team is expertly skilled, thorough, and fast. Thomas received my call after business hours on a Monday evening and by Tuesday morning, Jason (Mitigation Director) was walking through my home pointing out all the areas of concern. That afternoon Anthony and Jamie were there to begin the process. Anthony and Jamie returned daily for the next three days to take their readings before they determined all was well. They all answered my questions, regardless of if I had already asked a few previously, and were very honest in their responses. Thank you to the entire team for your assistance. I’m hoping the restoration portion of this goes just as well.

I couldn't say enough good things about Kustom Restoration. Our kitchen flooded (in Durham), destroying our hardwood floors. My insurance company chose Kustom to clean up the mess. They came day after day, assessing, removing flooring, drying all surfaces, and removing affected cupboards. Their employees (Kayson, Felix, Jamie, Anthony and Chris) were all polite and friendly, answering our many questions. I especially appreciated that they called before they came, and were always punctual. They had excellent attention to detail and really cared about doing outstanding work. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. After restoration we could have chosen another contractor to restore our floors, but we liked and trusted them so much, that we also chose Kustom for the restoration.

I called Kustom Restoration due to water damage that affected 4 rooms caused by an unknown leak. So far, I have only had the mitigation part completed. John Rey ensured they had a mitigation team at my house the next day since we have a newborn. Anthony and Jamie were nothing but professional and considerate of my family during this stressful time. Anthony and Jamie made sure that when they left every day that I was satisfied with the work and that if I wanted anything, they did not hesitate to meet my expectations. They make you feel like the only customer they have. I never felt like my work was being rushed to get to another job. I also appreciated that they never got annoyed with the multiple questions my wife and I had. They were happy to answer everything and if they could not get the answer to me at that exact time, they made sure to get it. Overall, the mitigation process was a lot less stressful with their patience, professionalism, and kindness.
