⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I had an emergency around 8PM in Kennesaw, Georgia—my tire went completely flat and the rim was in bad shape. I called Kudi Auto and Mobile Tires, and they came right away! I was honestly stressed and needed help ASAP, and they pulled through without hesitation. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also repaired the damage for a great price. Professional, fast, and reliable—highly recommend if you ever find yourself in a bind!

My daughter caught a flat and I found this shop off a google search based on the location where my daughter was stranded, unfortunately she did have the best experience with this tire shop. The driver that was sent to assist was very rude and short towards her, she explained that when she tried to get a good look at the tire before he changed it he caught an attitude with her and didn’t answer any questions she asked him. My daughter has a very bubbly, positive attitude so for her to have this experience is really unacceptable. To make matters worse, she went to another tire shop to get an second opinion on the tire they provided her and she was told the tire was already balding bad on the inside and some on the outside. Not only did they provide bad customer service, but they also put her safety at risk by providing worn down tire that she won’t be able to drive on. When she contacted the owner to explain what was going on, he was very argumentative and rude towards my daughter. He was over talking her and yelling which was very unnecessary and disrespectful. He had no willingness to help and appeared to be just money hungry. This business takes advantage of people who are in distress and in need, provide bad services and tires, the owner and drivers do not care about their customer’s safety at all. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND MONEY BEING WELL SPENT! I usually don’t write reviews, but after my daughters experience with this tire shop I wanted to advise others moving forward.

Great communication, fast service, professional - my tire popped when backing up a trailer and the lugnuts were so swollen I couldn’t put on the spare. They came and brought me a brand new tire and got the lugnuts off and got it changed in no time flat. Literally saved my beach roadtrip that was happening next day! Price was reasonable too - highly recommend!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL, MONEY HUNGRY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL I CALLED THEM WHEN I HAD A BLOW OUT AND THEY REPLACED MY TIRE WITH A OLD WORN DOWN TIRE… I HAD TO GO TO MY ACTUAL TIRE SHOP TO LET THEM LOOK AT IT AND THEY ADVISED THE TIRE THEY REPLACED WAS NOT GOOD. THEY COMPLETELY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME IN MY TIME OF NEED AND ALSO TOOK MY MONEY.. THE OWNER WAS VERY RUDE TOWARDS ME AND EVEN ASKED WHY I JUST DIDN'T GO TO THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AT ALL!! HE WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP OR REPLACE ANYTHING, HE JUST WANTED TO ARGUE LIKE A FEMALE PLEASE DON’T THE MISTAKE I MADE, AVOID THEM ALL TOGETHER ***UPDATE: Look at the owners response to my review, very unprofessional.
