I am picky about my french tips and after 6 years with another salon and seeing their decline I decided to try KS, I showed my tech (Don or Dawn pardon my spelling of his name) a photo of exactly what I wanted and he replicated it perfectly. When I called to book my appointment I was told the acrylic fill with French tip would be $55-65 and decided to move forward. Upon paying I was told $72 and I let them know that wasn’t what I was told previously and they immediately adjusted to the price to what they told me on the phone (there was confusion between the tech and the woman who ran my card, no harm no foul) and it was overall such a great experience. They are so kind and flexible and their techs really take their time to make your nails exactly what you want. I am very impressed and will be returning!

In Bend on a long weekend get away. Currently here receiving nail set and their top of line pedicure! Outstanding! Excellent customer service, perfectly shaped acrylic nails, and the best pedicure I've had in a year! Highly recommend!!!!

I was in town for a wedding and needed my nails done. Tracey did such an incredible job on my super short and terrible nails! I got gel done. She was so sweet, I got to relax and 10 days later, my nails are still looking great.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but feel it’s only fair to warn the consumer here. I had a basic pedicure done today, left with not one, but two of my toes bleeding. The first could have been an honest mistake, but the second seemed like an effort to separate my nail from the skin around it. It is now still hurting and red. The employee was apologetic, but ultimately this wasn’t an experience I’d want anyone to have. Hoping it doesn’t become infected.

I have to say this was such an enjoyable experience!! I love this shop and the happy energy in there! Plus I so enjoyed the woman I worked with! She knew just what I needed and my nails turned out EXACTLY like the inspo photo! Shout out to Chi! You’re the best!

I am beyond impressed with my experience at KS nails! Will did such an amazing job and definitely hit the mark with my Christmas nails! I showed him multiple pictures of my favorite ideas and he found a beautiful way of bringing them together for a stunning finished product! Thank you so much Will! Been to a lot of nail spas around Bend, OR and by FAR this place was the best. They were so kind!!! Fun energy, fantastic job and didn't hurt me at all! No cuts, no burns, just a perfect experience 🙏 exactly what I wanted! Julie is my new go to girl, my family also went and their experience was the exact same as mine! HIGHLY recommend!!

One of the best manicures I’ve ever had. Owner was awesome, had a fantastic conversation with him as he did my service. Happy with shape, thickness, and quality of my dip nails, and relieved to see they don’t reuse files and buffers between guests! Left feeling relaxed and looking forward to the next time I see them.
