Very good service. I asked questions at 8 pm and received prompt answers. When I came to the shop at Peninsula Plaza, the sales person was attentive yet thorough in his work. A steady stream of Burmese customers came in the meantime. My phone was sold at a fair price though they must have been surprised that an Australian like me found them. Next time, I will only go to them if I return to Singapore

Purchase their products at your own risk!! I approached this company is because they offer interest free instalment plan on debit cards. However, they do not honour the words they said and changed it as and when they like. Previously I asked about instalment plan, the total amount payable was the actual price of the product and a slightly lesser upfront cash payment. However, when I asked about the same thing on another day, the upfront cash payment was a higher amount and the total amount payable was more than the original price of the product. I asked them about it and mentioned that wasn’t is supposed to be interest free instalment plan but why the total payable amount is more than then actual price? They then said that it is not interest is just that cash price and deferred payment price are different. I then asked why this wasn’t mentioned previously, and they chose not to reply after that. This is good enough to prove that their words cannot be trusted and they are not reliable! Do give a second and third thought on this company before making your way to their shop!!

Your staff are ever friendly, despite having to face at times, unreasonable customers. They seem happy to help and cater to customers queries. Your hp prices are realistic and your winning formula is accepting trade in hp at reasonable prices. Thumbs up.

Order the phone from this company, it was supposed to be brand new. The screen was broken but that scratches all over it and they refuse to take the return or refund my money I have called the police and filed the police report and will be taking them to court I suggest you don't do business with them whatsoever. The owner is rude and presumptuous called me a liar to my face. They accuse me of breaking the phone myself and trying to run a scam on them. Ridiculous. Update; They won't allow me to respond to their rebuke of my review. I will say that it was all factual and if maybe they didn't call me a liar and not return my money in a timely manner then maybe they wouldn't be dealing with a poor review right now. They also pressured me to take the review down.. pretty sure Google frowns upon that.

GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. False advertising. Wanted to sell my brand new Reno11 pro. Website put $700. When I went there, the person who claimed to be the boss only wanted to give me $670, saying never update the price on the website. Wasted trip. Feels like out to scam people. Go at your own risk
