Very good service. I asked questions at 8 pm and received prompt answers. When I came to the shop at Peninsula Plaza, the sales person was attentive yet thorough in his work. A steady stream of Burmese customers came in the meantime. My phone was sold at a fair price though they must have been surprised that an Australian like me found them. Next time, I will only go to them if I return to Singapore

Purchase their products at your own risk!! I approached this company is because they offer interest free instalment plan on debit cards. However, they do not honour the words they said and changed it as and when they like. Previously I asked about instalment plan, the total amount payable was the actual price of the product and a slightly lesser upfront cash payment. However, when I asked about the same thing on another day, the upfront cash payment was a higher amount and the total amount payable was more than the original price of the product. I asked them about it and mentioned that wasn’t is supposed to be interest free instalment plan but why the total payable amount is more than then actual price? They then said that it is not interest is just that cash price and deferred payment price are different. I then asked why this wasn’t mentioned previously, and they chose not to reply after that. This is good enough to prove that their words cannot be trusted and they are not reliable! Do give a second and third thought on this company before making your way to their shop!!
