Supervisor, Navi took great ownership by messaging me upon arrival, sending updates, and even sharing photos of pre-existing defects like small chips on the wall to be fully transparent. Supervisor Lili was attentive and meticulous, pointing out details I hadn’t even noticed such as air bubbles on the shower screen safety film. Krystal Solutions is a reliable cleaning company with great rayes and solid repurltation. They are super flexible in scheduling too. I particularly commend Nan Thandar Phyo who is very professional and thorough in her work. She takes care of my house every weekend with very minimal supervision and instructions. She is also very polite and takes initiative in her work. Thanks to Phyo, it gives me great relief and comfort seeing my clean house every week.

Krystal Solutions did a wonderful job in cleaning my home after intensive renovations. Making an appointment with the admin was a breeze. Communication was swift and smooth. Khaing and Ei2 came during the session with all the tools + chemicals and did an impeccable job. The crew of 2 completed all the tasks to the best they could and were very detailed. They are open to on site instructions and were professional during execution on the different assignments. Would definitely engage them again and certainly recommended for all cleaning functions.

The videos speak for themselves. This was after 3 people were here for 4 hours. They male cleaner was very rude and made me very uncomfortable telling me rudely ‘we will stay until 10:30 at night without overtime’, ‘if we scrub harder the paint will come off’ when I pointed out some things which were missed. I’m not sure how they have so many 5 star reviews.
