I am beyond grateful to Michael Krylov to begin with. 2018 I was defrauded and thought I would never wake up from this nightmare, but, today I am grateful to the almighty and the endless hard work and commitment of Michael Krylov. Since the first day I sat in front of him he listened, emphasized, comforted me, and was very transparent about my situation. He communicated immediately and never showed me he is all about money and payments. I have been released of all tides to the lawsuit against me. Thanks to Michael! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the way my recent personal injury claim was handled. From the outset, communication was lacking. I rarely received updates on the progress of my case, leaving me feeling frustrated and in the dark. The settlement offer I ultimately received was significantly below my expectations and what I believe to be fair compensation for my injuries and the impact they have had on my life. Throughout the process, I felt like my concerns and questions were not adequately addressed. I would not recommend this firm to any of my friends or family.
