Awesome Scooters, you can use them to get around them all over. When you ride, it's $20hr put you can park them while you're out in the app and the rate drops to $10 while it's not on. It also charges your phone. Super nice people

Updated** This actually the worst experience with a business I have ever had…Your accusation of alcohol being involved is actually completely false. Not sure where you pulled that from but seems like you’re trying to discredit my review, which based off your other terrible reviews that makes sense. Never used a business with such a lack of accountability, professionalism, and care for clients. BE AWARE! Our experience here was absolutely terrible. After parking our scooters for just a few hours (around 4), they were taken without any warning. We received no call or text — they simply assumed the scooters were abandoned. We were left stranded and had to Uber back to our vehicle. To make matters worse, when we called to understand what happened, the woman in the office was dismissive and rude. She hung up on me mid-conversation instead of addressing the issue professionally. I’ve never had an actual business speak to me the way she did. I typically don’t leave negative reviews for small businesses, but in this case, I feel it’s warranted. The lack of communication and poor customer service speaks for itself. And yes — before anyone claims this was for the wrong business — this review is 100% for the correct location. I did do use this business.

These scooters are amazing you can stop by several different locations around Galveston and grab one. They work through the Kruuz App on your cell phone. Just scan and go bring it back to where you got it and end your ride. The scooters are reasonably priced at $30/hr and if you pause your ride it's less than that. Randy and Marilyn are amazing and ready to help you by answering any questions you might have. I will surely rent a scooter again.

Had a terrible experience. No one seemed to know anything about the scooters. It took me 3 scooters until we finally got one that worked properly. It died about 20 minutes in to the ride and when I called them, they told me they couldn’t help me and just to leave the scooter where it died? ****Updated**** I’m not exactly sure how you would know me Randy as I rented this scooter in some app and never spoke to a soul. The young lady inside seemed far more interested in her phone call than me - so I just followed the directions on your sign and after trying to connect to several different scooters was in my way for all of 20 minutes until battery died. Whoever answered your phone could seem to care less and just said to leave it where it died as they would pick it up. As for being affiliated with a competitor - not sure where you made that leap, but you are wrong. Seems like you are just trying to discredit my review. These are my experiences, deny them if you wish, might be nice if you actually addressed my issues, but that would be a sign of good customer service, which clearly is not your priority. I would NOT return here, especially after owners response!

Came down with family and decided to do rentals for scooters and found these great kruz scooters that hooked up with an app quick and easy and got us out fast to enjoy the ride around Galveston . Want a fun ride go visit these guys with the Kruz scooters when you go to Galveston.
