Kristin is the best! She helped us through the difficult process of relocating our family from another state with two young kids in a very competitive market. She really put a lot of effort in getting to know us and understanding our needs and wants, and spent a considerable amount of time touring homes for us, both in person and through video tours. She was very honest in her review of homes and whether she thought they were worth us making the trip to see them in person, always pointing out the pros and the cons. She kept us going as we were getting discouraged in this difficult market, drove around the state to open houses as we started expanding our search to new towns, and was a scheduling master when we only had a day to look at 8 homes. She proactively sent us listings that she thought we would like, including some outside the box ideas which we really appreciated. She worked very hard to help us find our new home and was a great advocate for us through the offer process. We could not have done it without her. After our closing, she even coordinated contractors to come to the house before our move in date, and provided many helpful resources to ensure we were settling in ok. She is also very responsive, and always would get back to us quickly on any questions small or big.
