I had a similar experience to the 1-star review mentioned here — I purchased products from Krieger about a month ago and nothing arrived, despite AusPost showing the parcel as registered in their system. I emailed today and Stuart responded immediately. He rectified the issue straight away and sent replacement items via Express Post so they’ll arrive before I leave for a trip. Much appreciated — excellent customer service in resolving that issue.

Purchased products from Krieger about a month ago using express shipping. No contact from seller at all. Mobile phone linked to business is forwarded to a different person not assocated to the business at all. Land line is disconnected and e-mails go unasnwered. This company is likely failing and taking any last orders before going insolvent. Do not buy from here or you'll likely lose your money.

I bought a Multicam Black Fitness Plate Carrier from Krieger. Not only was it priced better then other companies I was looking at. But also the workmanship was second to none. I’ve put it through a fair bit in the last 8 months and it’s still in the same condition from the day I bought it. Anyone who is after any fitness apparel I highly recommend Krieger. Will definitely shop there again.
