I have brought 3 of our ebikes into Konocti Bicycles for service and repairs. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional and the work was excellent. My wife and I won't take our bikes anywhere else and will recommend this shop to our family and friends.

We’ve purchased four mountian bikes from the lovely folks at Konocti Bicycles and each purchasing experience has been enjoyable. The staff is knowledgeable and will fit you with a bike that best meets your needs and skill level, and not try to sell you the most expensive bike they have. Their repair/maintenance prices are very reasonable. I appreciate their honesty and support of the local community. If you’ve been thinking about getting back on a bike, or trying one for the first time, go see them!
