KONA (Korean Neuro Acupuncture)

Dr. Kim is simply amazing. Reasonable prices for him to perform absolute magic. He listens to you explain your pain points/symptoms, tests points on your body for tenderness, then identifies the exact spots to target with needles (that you barely feel). You can really feel the immediate results and also over the next couple days. He does more listening than talking, and really has a deep understanding of the body and its relationships and inner workings. This is Korean acupuncture (unique to the area) and I can't recommend enough that you visit him to address any recurring issues you might have. In my case, it's sciatica of the leg, and muscle tightness. I've never been more impressed by a doctor, and he is also very kind and a good listener.

One session pretty much cured my chronic neck pain. It was about 50% better after the session and no more pain after about 1 week. Tried massages and stretching before and acupuncture was the best. Mr. Kim is also very professional and friendly, nice and clean facility.

Venue I feel comfortable and safe in the environment Jae Kim has created. It's obvious he has put a lot of thought and time into it. He is very thorough in his questioning of symptoms and spends a great deal of time explaining the source and diet adjustments to help. He is very kind, and listens and responds to your concerns. My TMJ pain I’ve suffered from for 30 years is gone after just 2 visits. My digestion has improved. My circulation has improved. My pain has improved. He does all this even though visits are not scheduled frequently, but rather as needed. I thank you Jae Kim!

HIGHLY RECOMMENED....Jae is great. This is coming from someone who has tried all the treatments in the book for a chronic psoriasis dealing since last 25 years. Nothing worked for longer relief. I gave a try to this KONA Acupuncture with less expectations. To my surprise, right after my first session, it did wonders to my psoriasis, energy levels. His consultation and giving you info about diet is awesome. It has been great so far, & I have only taken 4 sessions so far. I will keep you posted through my treatment.

So grateful to have found Dr. Jae Kim!! I’ve been to many acupuncturists before but never a Korean Neuro Acupuncturist. His methods are much more effective, targeted, and individualized. Previously my diagnoses have lead me to big pharma/insurance hell, and I never saw being prescribed med after med as a sustainable solution to tackling ongoing problems which were ultimately related to nervous system and gut issues. PTSD/Major depression, Familial Mediterranean fever, menstruation issues, and hormonal imbalances are just some of the issues I’ve seen relief from by going to Dr. Kim. The mind body connection is so strong and his practices are embedded with this mindset. I’ve already recommended him to friends and am booking my next appointment now :) thank you, Dr. Kim!!

Mr. Kim's Acupuncture (KONA) is great! It is helping me manage pain. I have a herniated disk in my neck (C7). Causes pain in the shoulder and radiates down my left arm. Physical therapy and anti-inflammatories have been marginally effective. Several friends of mine repeatedly suggested trying acupuncture. I didn't believe in it, thought maybe was placebo effect for people. One Sunday while having a very painful morning I decided I would give it a go. Wow. I would say it takes the pain from level 7 down to 2 or 3. Sometimes "the effect" doesn't fully take until the next day, and sometimes there is a little discomfort from the procedure (just temporary and not that bad) but this works for me. It does help my pain even though I never believed it would. Mr. Kim is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
