Komplete Glass & Glazing

I am very happy with my new composite doors. They also replaced some window double glazing that had blown. They were a great team and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish.

Absolutely fantastic service from Rob and the team at Komplete glass and glazing when they replaced my very old double glazing in our bungalow last week. I could tell from the start when Rob came to quote and discuss my requirements for the windows and bi-fold doors that he was very genuine and wanted to make sure I getting the design that was best for us not just the easiest for him, his design was much better than another local company that came to quote and he was cheaper too, a third company didn't bother to turn up on two occasions so I didn't bother chasing them. The old windows were removed with care so no damage was done to the existing plasterwork and tiles which meant I didn't have to redecorate, they also changed an existing window in the dining room to a bi-fold door which involved cutting out existing brickwork, they used a Stihl saw outside to cut the external brick but painstakingly stitched drilled and chiseled out by hand the inside brickwork so as to keep the mess to a minimum, most other trades would have just used the Stihl saw inside as it's a lot quicker but it would have filled the entire bungalow with with dust but that's not how Komplete glass and glazing operate. ☺️ Everything was done with care and consideration and they were very tidy and removed all the rubbish, Rob even sent out a plasterer to reskim the plaster where they had to cut out for the bi-fold door, the plasterer also did an excellent job too. We get sun on the back in the afternoon and evening so it gets really hot in the bedroom and dining room, Rob suggested a special glass that reflected the heat in the bedroom windows and bi-fold doors in the dining room and boy are they effective, it's made a heck of a difference and is much more comfortable. The entire installation was done with care and without rushing any part of it, communication was excellent all the way through. I can't recommend Komplete glass and glazing enough, I wish all tradesmen and companies were as good and as conscientious as them. Thanks for a lovely job Rob, we've had some bad experiences with tradesmen in the past and was I was expecting the same again but it couldn't have gone more smoothly, I'll recommend you to my customers, friends and family. Rob provided an excellent aftercare service to replace a couple of window handles. Glazing and conservatory still in excellent condition after being installed 8 years ago by Rob and his team.

Brilliant service from Rob and the team. Couldn't be more pleased with quality of doors had front composite door fitted and patio doors to the rear. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. We was very pleased with work we had all new windows fitted to our property also.

Cannot recommend Komplete enough. Really listened to what we wanted and advised us too. Ended up with all window, French doors and two composite doors beautifully installed. They completely change the look of our property, it is so much warmer and more secure. They look amazing. Rob and his team really went the extra mile.

Had all windows+ frames replaced two years a go .Terrific job neat clean and tidy.Hàve saved cost in reduced heating bills.

Rob came to fit our Rosewood door just after lockdown was lifted. A genuine, down to earth guy and the best price. The door looks absolutely amazing, received so many comments of how wonderful the door looks. I searched on the internet after being let down 3 times by a well known window supplier (that was just to get a quote!). Definitely know where to go in future and who to recommend!
