Great team. Fantastic showroom & excellent customer service. We had several decisions to make which were simple with the range of in stock items to view the likeness of fabric in person vs online. There were many shade differences with some fabrics which would have been difficult to choose purely from online. Thanks for the advice our consultant was so helpful & positive about how these final additions to each of the rooms in our new home will truly make it a home. Her attention to styling details was valuable and insightful. Thank you team ❤️✨

After waiting three months for my order to arrive, I was absolutely shocked to open the package and discover that the clock I ordered was infested with bugs, the wood was eaten and damaged, and the item was in a completely unusable and unhygienic condition. This is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of product quality control and basic hygiene standards. No customer should have to deal with an item that is literally infested upon arrival!!

I paid for Deluxe Delivery of 2 shelving units which included assembly, which I discovered was assembled wrongly. There were 2 guys assembling it and while I left them to it, checking a couple of times in between, and the 3rd time I went to check they seemed a bit odd as though they were rushing out the door, and I thought was maybe because they had to get to another job. When I went to check on the 2 shelving units, I was horrified to fine that; 1 was assembled the wrong way up and it’s not like you can just flip it around as the glass shelves had to sit on the top of the brackets that’s designed for it to sit on, and 2. The other unit the top shelf was not screwed on securely which requires the whole built to be disassembled as you can only screw the top tight only from the bottom up as it’s a double ended screw. I notified Koala Living of this through the chat channel, followed by multiple emails and phone calls, just to be told that the delivery company claims they have installed it correctly even when I’ve produced photo evidence they didn’t, and KL have the cheek to say they give me a credit note of $30 as a gesture of goodwill to be used towards my next purchase 😡 Do you honestly think that is acceptable and the right way to show support towards a repeat client of many years that have spent hundred of thousands? This is the surest way to lose a customer!

I’m writing this review to warn other customers to be very careful with purchases from Koala Living. Please don’t be misled by the “luxury” branding — the products we received did not match the quality advertised. Leather Recliner with Console The first item arrived with a non-functional console, and the inside was rusty and extremely dirty. We requested a replacement, only for the new one to arrive with non-functional charging ports. We ended up returning items twice, and even the replacements failed to meet basic quality standards. Marble Dining Table The table was unstable, wobbly, and a safety risk. We requested a replacement, but it has now been over 3 months, and we are still waiting with no clear update. Lamp The lamp had an imperfect finish and looked nothing like what was displayed in the store. The craftsmanship felt cheap and rushed. Customer Service Their customer service was slow, unresponsive, and largely irresponsible. Every issue required multiple follow-ups, and we never felt prioritized or properly supported. Final Thoughts For a store that markets itself as “luxurious,” the experience was anything but. The quality control, reliability, and service were extremely disappointing. After everything we have gone through, we cannot recommend Koala Living. If you're willing to spend good money, choose a better, more reputable brand to avoid the frustration we experienced.

Karen at Logan Super Centre was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful, incredibly friendly, and so patient throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. Truly outstanding service — thank you, Karen!

Best sofa we’ve ever owned! Incredibly comfortable, looks stunning, and the fabric is truly stain-resistant (kids + dog tested). Easy assembly, perfect size, and still looks brand new after months of heavy use. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

It is very unfortunate that I have to change my feedback of this store from 5star to 1 star. Worst ever customer service. When you are buying stuff it is always yes everything will be on time etc etc NO ONE Picks up your phone! 12 weeks After I ordered something, when I chased the item they said it has discontinued and I can’t get it instead I can get store credit. Most of the 5 star reviews are based on their in store request that give us 5 star review and get a reed diffuser.

I recently bought a coffee table from Koala living at slacks Creek. I had enquired about another style on the showroom floor and was told it would not be available till Late September or October. The sales person had then advised of another similar available for delivery next week I paid and waited for delivery for the following week. I was advised the day before it was being delivered to make sure I was home, then the day of delivery I was advised it was 4 stops away. Then I got a notification of cancelled delivery. I have phoned, emailed and got on web chat. I keep getting the same response that they will email the customer service and get them to contact me back. All I've heard is the item won't be available till late September and thank you for your patience. How do you advise its available, arrange delivery the following week, text the day before to say please make sure someone is home for delivery , text on the day advising its on its way, then text to say its cancelled. They didn't call, no explanation of how this could happen, no we will rectify this straight away or refund you. I just get we'll email the customer service rep and escalate. That has been said several times. I cannot get a resolution.

I truly love the furniture and home décor items from Koala Living; however, our most recent purchase has been a very disappointing experience. We placed an order for six items at the end of June 2025, including both furniture and decorative pieces. At the time of purchase, all items were scheduled for delivery around August 2025. As the months went by, the deliveries started to arrive separately, with unreasonable delays between each one. One of the items initially showed as scheduled for delivery, but later we were informed that it was no longer available due to an error, which was extremely frustrating. Now, as we approach the end of October, two very important decorative items have still not been delivered, even though the website shows they should have arrived on October 3rd. We have made several calls to your customer service team, but so far have not received any clear update regarding our order. This entire situation has caused a great deal of stress and disappointment. While we truly appreciate the beauty and quality of Koala Living products, the post-purchase service and excessive delivery delays have been extremely discouraging and unacceptable from a brand of your standard.
