Great team.
Fantastic showroom & excellent customer service.
We had several decisions to make which were simple with the range of in stock items to view the likeness of fabric in person vs online.
There were many shade differences with some fabrics which would have been difficult to choose purely from online.
Thanks for the advice our consultant was so helpful & positive about how these final additions to each of the rooms in our new home will truly make it a home.
Her attention to styling details was valuable and insightful.

After waiting three months for my order to arrive, I was absolutely shocked to open the package and discover that the clock I ordered was infested with bugs, the wood was eaten and damaged, and the item was in a completely unusable and unhygienic condition.
This is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of product quality control and basic hygiene standards. No customer should have to deal with an item that is literally infested upon arrival!!
