*1/5 stars - A Cautionary Tale* I'm torn between praising the quality of the products and slamming the appalling delivery service. Unfortunately, the poor delivery experience outweighs the good products. The furniture is well-made and good value for money, but that's where the praise ends. The delivery team, on the other hand, is a nightmare. Products are dropped from the truck like they're disposable, showing a shocking lack of care for customers' hard-earned purchases. We've had multiple failed deliveries, with the team turning up late or not at all. One time, they arrived before the scheduled time, but we've had instances where they've taken the delivery back without notice. The communication is abysmal, and the drivers' attitude is downright rude. To anyone considering purchasing from this shop, beware: your beautiful new furniture might arrive damaged, and you'll be left to deal with the hassle. Until they sort out their delivery process, I'd advise you to look elsewhere.

Finalised my dinning and chair with Joanne was a wonderful experience. She took us through a lot of choice and her opinion did make a lot of difference in finalising. Even a 50% off and we were done with another exquisite piece in addition to our sweet home.
