I had an awful experience with bedbugs after staying in a holiday let, and despite following all the right advice, I couldn’t shake the anxiety that I might have brought them home. It was a really distressing time—but then I called Kieran.
From the very first call, he was brilliant. Calm, reassuring, and incredibly kind, he took the situation seriously and never once made me feel like I was overreacting (even though I felt like a complete wreck). He answered every call promptly, gave clear and helpful advice, and was genuinely understanding throughout.
When he arrived, it honestly felt like a hero had turned up at my door. He was professional, reliable, and his prices were very reasonable too. Kieran brought me peace of mind when I desperately needed it.
