Had a full boiler replacement! Amazing work from start to finish! Both engineers came on time! They were very polite and professional! Very good work! Clean too! Very fairly priced! Jack is very honest and offers great advice even when work is completed!

I would specifically highlight Jack from this company as an exceptional engineer. It’s extremely rare to find people who put in the time to fix things properly and who have the complex skills to accurately triage issues. Jack does both of these things to an incredibly high standard. I would heavily recommend his services, which set a new bar in quality.

I needed a first year boiler service as part of my new WB boiler 10 year guarantee and left it quite late, so booked a check a trade express appointment online to be on time. Jack accepted the job and was brilliant - he talked through everything he did and we had discussed what checks/cleaning would be expected over the coming years for the guarantee to be honoured. Really helpful and highly recommended.

Jack has just completed the replacement of all the radiators in my house. I have to say that I liked him from the moment he came down to cost the job. Straight talking,knew his stuff but more importantly for me personally he was friendly, respectful and professional. The job took two days to complete and the second day they stayed till 10.30pm to make sure everything was completed within the deadline,working and that I was happy.Talk about customer service ! There was a slight problem with one of the rads being damaged when taken out of the packaging, Jack immediately sourced another, went to pick it up and installed it before he left. The thing I liked about their work ethic was that they were not watching the clock and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the end result. They were efficient and focused. It was a very positive experience working with Knights Heating and I would definitely recommend them and personally would use them again. Shout out to Sandeep too, cant let Jack take all the credit ! They were both great.10/10 Lads !!

Jack did a really good job repairing our boiler. He sourced good quality reconditioned part to do the repair at a more affordable rate. The plumbing work was also done very cleanly and neatly in all copper and soldering. I have no hesitation recommending Jack to any friend.

If I could I would give Knights Heating more than 5 stars. Jack attended after I had other boiler engineers telling me I needed a new boiler. He looked at the boiler, listened to me, read what work had previously been completed and gave me several options. He explained the different options and prices. He didn’t push me into buying a new boiler. He believed he could repair it and he did! He got the part that he believed was causing the issue delivered to my address and fitted it on the same day. He worked late after finishing his booked in jobs and got my boiler to work. He certainly knew what the issue was. I can’t thank Jack enough and I’m so pleased that he was recommended to me. I’m certainly recommending him to everyone! Fantastic company.

I was stuck without gas after I'd accidentally damaged some gas pipes, and had to turn the supply off at the meter. Jack was able to come round within about 3 hours - much faster than I was expecting. He tested the pipework, replaced the damaged section, made sure it was all safe and left it very neat and tidy. It was a big relief to get it dealt with so quickly, and the price was very reasonable. I can't recommend him enough. I'll definitely be calling him next time I need a gas engineer.
