My family has used the well-renowned and highly regarded and compassionate services of Knight-Auchmoody for decades, but under previous ownerships. However, following the recent death of my mother we discovered that Michael and his staff have continued to provide services with the same, if not is some areas an improved, level of compassion, care, and much appreciated attention to details. Michael's demeanor and helpfulness made the selection of individual elements a comfortable, no pressure process. And the execution of every element, from the preparation for and conduct of visitation in the funeral home to transfer to a local church, and unexpected but so very much appreciated transit of the funeral procession past my mother's home, was flawless and contributed greatly to the tribute to my mother she so deserved that would not have been possible without the careful and caring services provided by Michael and his equally caring staff. After my dad passed away at the end of May, Michael and William made a very difficult time feel much more at ease. Michael helped set up the church mass and guided us through every step with care and professionalism. Their response was quick, communication was clear, and we always felt supported. William was wonderful with the obituary and prayer cards, making sure every detail was thoughtful and meaningful. My mom recently passed and we had Michael handle the arrangements. As hard as the situation was, Michael handled everything with ease...and made a difficult situation that much better. If we had a question and texted Michael, we had a reply within 5 minutes...so, so responsive. Everything was always...already handled. Very professional. Very compassionate. Highly recommend.
