Lance showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue with a voltmeter, and replaced the capacitor quickly for a very reasonable fee. I found my A/C guy. Thanks Lance!

When we got a message from our thermostat that our upstairs furnace was shutting off prematurely, we called a company who sent a technician out to diagnose the problem. He recommended we replace the entire furnace and AC unit at the same time. We got a second bid from a second company that also suggested we do the same. We called Knight AC for a third opinion. Peter from Knight AC came out, identified a potential problem, fixed it, and didn’t try to upsell us on a new unit. We were all so impressed with Peter’s honest and thorough explanation of the problem and how we could address it. We will use Knight AC for all our future HVAC needs.

I called Knight AC & Heating today just to have my unit checked before the heat arrived. Lance said he could fit me in between appointments this morning and arrived around 9:30. He checked the complete unit. Very friendly and price was reasonable. I would recommend this company.

We called Lance during this heat wave and to my surprise, he came within an hour! He was very down to earth, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Our AC is running great again. I would highly recommend calling him!

I had them out several times in the past 2 weeks. Peter came out and after several hours found I had a leak in the lines under my Mobil Home. Said he would have to come back and go under it to find the leak. Said he would let me know the next day when he could come back. After several days I had to call the office and then he came back the next day. He went under the Mobil Home and found the leak and fixed it. After that he finished working on the AC unit and it was working fine. That was around 4 pm and he charged me $1,000.00 It ran that evening fine, I reset the thermostat for bedtime and when it started to heat up the next day I turned it back on and it wouldn't get cold. I then called the office and Lance said he would come out himself in a couple of hours. after about a hour Peter called and said he would come back himself. After working on the AC again he then said the compressor was bad. He told me he would check it out and talk to Lance and see what they can do and get back to me. After 2 days I tried several times calling Peter before he called me back. He said Lance said they would not just replace the compressor but instead they basically would only redo the whole system for a cost of $5850.00 but would give me a break and take off the $1,000.00 I already paid. So then it would be $4,850.00 My wife and I are in our 70's and living on a fixed income from Social Security. And we definitely can't afford that. In my opinion Lance is nothing more than a money grubbing businessman and very unprofessional. If you are looking for a HVAC company DO NOT USE THEM.

These guys are the best Ive experienced in town! I had an A/C emergency and they promptly took my call and came to my house. Lance was very professional and was able to quickly fix my A/C unit and save my family from the summer heat. I highly recommend these guys if want the job done right with a quick response.

Live in Boulder City and wanted someone local to come out and take a look at my AC unit. It unfortunately conked out in the middle of the day, strained daily by the extreme high temperatures...so hot this summer! Looked on Facebook and also checked with my local Handyman... It looked like Lance with Knight AC & Heating was repeatedly and highly recommended. So I called Lance on his cell phone at 5:36 PM thinking I'd request an appointment for maybe the next day or so. He told me that he was indeed booked up, but that he could be out actually within an hour! He arrived within the hour as promised and spent a decent amount of time up on my roof inspecting my unit. He was able to make the necessary corrections and give me some professional recommendations too. He was extremely honest, fair and reasonable. When talking with him, I could easily see why he had such a great reputation. Being fairly new to Boulder City, I'm so glad to now have a "go to" HVAC guy, and will absolutely call only Lance whenever I have any kind of AC or heating needs. I want to give him my highest recommendation and urge you to call Knight for any HVAC services and/or repairs!

Peter at Knight AC & Heating is an amazing technician. He came out the same day I called and repaired my furnace in less the an hour. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Their prices are beyond fair and they really care about you as a customer.

This is the only HVAC guy in BC to use. Answers his phone, does what he says he's going to do and is great to work with. Called another popular long time HVAC company that was recommended to me by my realtor and they were useless. I'm a contractor myself and know what quality service is about. I recommend Lance for all your HVAC needs.

I highly recommend this company for your AC needs! I called 5 minutes to 5 and Lance still drove to my house and helped me with my frozen AC unit. He was courteous and professional! I will definitely use them in the future. Five stars from me 😊
