Lance showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue with a voltmeter, and replaced the capacitor quickly for a very reasonable fee. I found my A/C guy. Thanks Lance!

When we got a message from our thermostat that our upstairs furnace was shutting off prematurely, we called a company who sent a technician out to diagnose the problem. He recommended we replace the entire furnace and AC unit at the same time. We got a second bid from a second company that also suggested we do the same. We called Knight AC for a third opinion. Peter from Knight AC came out, identified a potential problem, fixed it, and didn’t try to upsell us on a new unit. We were all so impressed with Peter’s honest and thorough explanation of the problem and how we could address it. We will use Knight AC for all our future HVAC needs.
