Absolute life savers! Hunter was very professional, kept us informed every step of the way and did a great job! I've called KMB several times and they have never let us down. Will call them anytime! **Update: Three different workers (Edie, Victor and Josh) returned to complete additional jobs and they were just as professional, respectful and responsible as Hunter, who was here previously. This company is exceptional in every way. Edie, Victor, Hunter and Josh were exceptional workers that never stopped working for a second. The office staff is a pleasure to talk to and will help in every way they can. I can't say enough good things about this entire company.

Kevin, Carol, Buck, Josh, and the rest of their team have been there for us (nearly immediately) for multiple plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues over the past year. Being a landlord/homeowner, the peace of mind to have a trustworthy, professional, and dependable team to call on even in the worst of unpredictable & damaging times is extremely valuable and tremendously appreciated. I have full faith in them to fix things correctly, and back their workmanship!

Baseboard heaters tripped breaker and not working. KMB did some work for us a few years ago so I called. We had just arrived at our vacation home after a few weeks away. KMB had someone here within an hour. Very polite and knowledgeable technician arrived as promised and figured out the issue within a few minutes. The price was higher than I thought but the issue has been resolved quickly and professionally.

Did good work in the past and used them for years. But recently came out on a weekday afternoon and charged my on-file credit card $652. for swapping out a flexible hose connection and less then an hour on site ( I could have done it in 15 minutes). I asked over and over for an itemized invoice as this seemed way excessive for a $15. part at Lowes - but they ignored me. No itemization - No return calls or replies to messages. The owner ignores my emails too. Maybe some how the charge is legitimate (very questionable) but their behavior is the trigger point. Very bad customer service - and since they won't explain or justify the charge - as any legitimate business would - I would have to assume this is a untrustworthy business. I am done with them. $652. for a leaky hose is just plain thievery.

KMB is the best they came right over and I mean right over. The repair was made. They are very nice helpful and tell you everything every step of the way. Told me why the teardrop broke. Showed me the old part and what happened to make it stop working. And they set it up right the last repair person put it together upside down. L.o.l. Well not for me. But it's fixed and working great now. A GREAT Big THANK YOU TO KMB. Also our dogs approved of them They barked the whole time the cable person was here. They just lefted and KMB CAME IN. Also I am deaf in one ear and the gentleman was great with making sure I know everything telling my son and I now have a new company for a plumber, electrician and also a contractor. The hot water expansion tank attached to our boiler decided to leak the Friday before Memorial Day. Kevin answered the phone promptly at 7 am and asked me to send pics of the event. He told me the steps to take to turn off the water to the furnace and turn it off so we would not have more damage. His technicians were scheduled to come and complete repairs and were very flexible with my work schedule. Brandon and Vic arrived shortly after I receieved text notification that they were on the way. Their uniforms identified that they were employees of KMB and they both greeted me upon arrival. They performed their job with skill and efficiency and notified me when they were done. They were respectful of our personal items and cleaned up their work area. I asked them to look at an electrical item that needed repair and Brandon took photos in order to send me a quote. I also inquired about installing a new water treatment system and they took a water sample and said the office would work up a quote for that job. Overall I am very happy I reached out to KMB plumbing for my emergency needs.

I had an emergency service call today, and KMB Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC was outstanding from start to finish. From speaking with Carol on the phone—who was kind, reassuring, and quick to help—to the technicians Buck and Bryan arriving on-site, the entire experience was excellent. Buck and Bryan were incredible! Very professional, friendly, efficient, and very thorough. They took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was resolved before they left. Their pricing was very fair, especially for an emergency call, and I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend KMB to anyone who needs service or finds themselves in an unexpected emergency. They’re reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely great to work with.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Called them at 2:02pm they arrived at 2:31pm and was done with the leak at 3:05pm. Excellent service arrived early most importantly we were given more than one option to decide the work that would be needed to fix the leak and patiently answered all of our crazy questions to my wife’s satisfaction which made me happy. We always have an 5 star visit from KMB as this has been one of more than a dozen needed.

I just had a Daikin Aurora by KMB plumbing the sales team, and install team did a great job. They came to check out my house make sure my calculations were correct explain some ideas I had not thought about. The technicians really did the job at a craftsman level taking pride in the job they did. On top of everything else I added this unit to help control my comfort, it has also lowered my electric bill even with a single zone in a multi zone house. I am adding a chart of my daily power usage. The AC was installed on the 22nd. You can see a drop in my electrical usage since I had the unit installed. Just to mention any of the weekends that I am in the house I am running my wood burning stove so that will lower electric usage. But compare the 18th to the 29th. Thanks KMB

Called the office to inform them of the water that had gathered in my basement. Within a few hours I was notified that a technician was on their way. The guys were there to evaluate and assess the situation within minutes . The technician arrived and was very explicit of the situation. He explained to the family the possible cause for the water as he proceeded to rectify the matter. I was very pleased as always with the service provided. The technicians were polite and clean. A few minutes after their departure I received a text from the office to make sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. I have been a faithful client for 15 years!
