KMB PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL

Baseboard heaters tripped breaker and not working. KMB did some work for us a few years ago so I called. We had just arrived at our vacation home after a few weeks away. KMB had someone here within an hour. Very polite and knowledgeable technician arrived as promised and figured out the issue within a few minutes. The price was higher than I thought but the issue has been resolved quickly and professionally.

Absolute life savers! Hunter was very professional, kept us informed every step of the way and did a great job! I've called KMB several times and they have never let us down. Will call them anytime! **Update: Three different workers (Edie, Victor and Josh) returned to complete additional jobs and they were just as professional, respectful and responsible as Hunter, who was here previously. This company is exceptional in every way. Edie, Victor, Hunter and Josh were exceptional workers that never stopped working for a second. The office staff is a pleasure to talk to and will help in every way they can. I can't say enough good things about this entire company.

I had an emergency service call today, and KMB Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC was outstanding from start to finish. From speaking with Carol on the phone—who was kind, reassuring, and quick to help—to the technicians Buck and Bryan arriving on-site, the entire experience was excellent. Buck and Bryan were incredible! Very professional, friendly, efficient, and very thorough. They took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was resolved before they left. Their pricing was very fair, especially for an emergency call, and I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend KMB to anyone who needs service or finds themselves in an unexpected emergency. They’re reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely great to work with.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Called the office to inform them of the water that had gathered in my basement. Within a few hours I was notified that a technician was on their way. The guys were there to evaluate and assess the situation within minutes . The technician arrived and was very explicit of the situation. He explained to the family the possible cause for the water as he proceeded to rectify the matter. I was very pleased as always with the service provided. The technicians were polite and clean. A few minutes after their departure I received a text from the office to make sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. I have been a faithful client for 15 years!

KMB is the best they came right over and I mean right over. The repair was made. They are very nice helpful and tell you everything every step of the way. Told me why the teardrop broke. Showed me the old part and what happened to make it stop working. And they set it up right the last repair person put it together upside down. L.o.l. Well not for me. But it's fixed and working great now. A GREAT Big THANK YOU TO KMB. Also our dogs approved of them They barked the whole time the cable person was here. They just lefted and KMB CAME IN. Also I am deaf in one ear and the gentleman was great with making sure I know everything telling my son and I now have a new company for a plumber, electrician and also a contractor. Kevin was great. Carol from the office was very friendly and pleasant. The technicians were wonderful. A great comfortable feeling just from talking with Kevin. Water heater was replaced within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you KMB for your work and the polite workers and staff

Kevin, Carol, Buck, Josh, and the rest of their team have been there for us (nearly immediately) for multiple plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues over the past year. Being a landlord/homeowner, the peace of mind to have a trustworthy, professional, and dependable team to call on even in the worst of unpredictable & damaging times is extremely valuable and tremendously appreciated. I have full faith in them to fix things correctly, and back their workmanship!

they’re the best plumbing company I’ve ever met or dealt with in Pennsylvania. The owner is amazing. Kevin is so attentive. You could call him directly on his phone and he answers immediately and sends people out the next day.!!

Did good work in the past and used them for years. But recently came out on a weekday afternoon and charged my on-file credit card $652. for swapping out a flexible hose connection and less then an hour on site ( I could have done it in 15 minutes). I asked over and over for an itemized invoice as this seemed way excessive for a $15. part at Lowes - but they ignored me. No itemization - No return calls or replies to messages. The owner ignores my emails too. Maybe some how the charge is legitimate (very questionable) but their behavior is the trigger point. Very bad customer service - and since they won't explain or justify the charge - as any legitimate business would - I would have to assume this is a untrustworthy business. I am done with them. $652. for a leaky hose is just plain thievery.

Would not recommend this company. Called them for an electric problem in my barn. We narrowed it but couldn't pinpoint it. They quoted $150 an hour, charged me $264 $150 for one guy, $98 for the second guy, took 20 minutes. Certainly not a 2 man job.You did not say you were sending 2 people or I would not have hired you. And the drive from Stroudsburg to Covington does not take an hour. 30 minutes tops unless they went by way of Duncan Donuts. It still doesn't take 2 men to find one bared wire. Shame, I loved your office personal. I WON'T be hiring this company to wire my new house.
