Mike came out to fix my window that broke. When he replaced the glass, he left trash in my car. Called me to get the payment and told me that my car was the worst model to fix windows on. Later that day after he had fixed it, I realized my door handle from the inside was not working and I could not get out of my car from the inside. I texted to see if he could come out to fix this issue he caused, and he said he could *possibly* be out the following day. I texted him an hour before he said he’d be there because he never confirmed, and he told me he couldn’t come. Tried to reschedule for later in the week and he was very hard to schedule with. Never initiated communication with me, I always had to reach out to see when he was coming. Each time I reached out he never remembered which vehicle I had or what we were speaking about. I gave him multiple options on when I’d be around, and We decided on Friday before 2pm and I had not heard from him by 12:30pm and I had had enough and I told him I would figure it out myself. He told me we didn’t agree on Friday and that if I would “lay off the attitude” he would still look at it. Very unprofessional throughout the entire encounter, very displeased with the lack of consideration and communication from Mike. 👎🏼

My windshield was knicked a few times last year and one on the passenger side spidered out two directions. One morning about a month ago I woke up and realized the spider grew three feet overnight. I called Mike at KMAK and he was out next day. Fair price, quick but quality service. My new windshield looks great. Thanks again! I will definitely utilize their services in the future if it’s needed. Highly recommend.

Mike was great! My rear window was smashed in when I got broken into. Safelite (through my insurance) quoted me 3 different prices - $330, $375 and then $400. They showed up and then also brought me the wrong sized window and had to deal with 3 reschedules. I called Mike and he quoted the repair for $275. Called him up on Saturday and the repair was done by Monday within 30 minutes, and my window was good as new. While I ultimately never want to have to deal with a car window issue ever again, I would highly recommend his services again.

WOW Mike was awesome and showed up on time with his partner and to my amazement got both windows done with minutes the only one that was a issue was the rear one that was completely smashed and the motor inside was broken due to someone breaking in my suv so Mike had to temporarily put the window in and secure until my part comes in on Thursday and mike told me he will come back to put that part in for me as well. Mike is very professional and pays attention to detail . So I highly recommend Mike for your windows. Thank you.

DO NOT USE MIKE. Not reliable , not professional & has no customer service skills. Do not recommend in the slightest. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I called to get a quote for a Honda to get a windshield replacement and calibrated. I was given a quote to replace windshield at $300 which isn’t bad. I then asked about calibration and was told it usually isn’t needed ( I specifically called this company to get a calibration since I know my car needs it done. It has codes for camera misalignment.) I was then specifically told “I don’t have time to do the calibration, I have other things to do.” I politely said I’m going to have to pass and instantly got hung up on. Not sure if he treats all customers this way but at my business I never hand up on customers that would be willing to pay for services I offer. If I could put zero out of five I would.

Mike came out today, same day and repaired my windshield undercutting the price of Safelite and their scheduling! He was personable, funny, and efficient. We plan to work with him for our food truck windshield as well. Very good service, I wish I could give more stars!

Someone decided to break into my car and steal my stuff. I called Mike and was able to get this fixed quickly. His services are the best in Delaware. I don’t want to call again haha but if someone decides to break my glass again I’ll be sure to give Mike a call. 10/10 service, price, response time. Highly recommend. 4/22/24. I had to call my man Mike again too fix a window on the same car. Same great service and response as always. He has my business for life! Great guy!

When our car window broke, we were lost on where to go. Called Safelite and they told us that they would be here within 3 weeks, then we found Mike on Google and gave him a call just to see. Within 1 day he came by and fixed the shattered window for an extremely great price. Not only that but he was also able to install our window regulator as well. Amazing service at a timely and affordable price. Great guy and will be ready to call him the next time an issue with our windows appear!!
