My beige house looked filthy and I contacted this company on a Monday and the owner Eric reached out to me and was able to fit me in the next day. Very responsive, affordable, professional and attentive to details. I was told by a competitor they would not be able to clean the right side of my house due to the proximity of my neighbors house. Well KLT was able to power wash the right side squeaky clean too. Will definitely use again in the future.

Asked KLC to power wash the siding on our home, and he (Eric) did a great job. Was able to book an appointment within a few days of calling, provided me with a fair estimate, and let me know when he was on his way to complete the job. During the job, he was professional, knowledgeable and had close attention to detail. Went above and beyond our request. Hire him!

I contacted this business on a Tuesday. I got a response within hours. The owner came to my house, assessed what I needed, quoted me a price on the spot, Then emailed me a contract an hour later, and i signed it. All in one day. He showed up on time two days later, did the job, and let me pay him electronically. Results were AMAZING. My house, deck, fence, and walkways look brand new. In less than 4 days, I had everything I needed for a fair price and great, professional results. I fully recommend.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!! Eric, the owner of KLT Pressure Washing LLC, power washed my house in April 2021. While he was power washing my house, I was inside. After a while, my eyes started burning from all the chemicals and bleach he used. I went outside to tell him he was using too much bleach. He stated he has power washed plenty of homes and knows what he is doing. The next day I noticed white spots on my house. I contacted him about the spots. He said he would come back the following week. However, he returned a month later. Keep in mind, when I initially contacted him, he came out the very next day to inspect the house and scheduled the job the following day. When he finally showed up a month later, he denied destroying my house. Not only did he use too much bleach or chemicals, but he also used to much pressure. When he returned the second time to try and fix the problem, unfortunately it still looked the same. After giving him some time to try and rectify the problem, I asked him for his insurance information. He refused to provide me with the policy information and told me that he wished he never met me and to file a police report and take him to court. After a week or two later, he eventually provided his insurance info. It is now July, and I still have not been made whole. Eric is disputing the damages with the insurance company and refuse to take accountability for his negligent workmanship. I decided to use Eric because he had good reviews. But now I wonder how authentic those reviews really were. Every time I pull up to my house, I am reminded of how he DESTROYED it. It is a shame that you hire and pay a so call professional a couple of hundred dollars to power wash your house, and it end up costing you thousands of dollars in damages. CAUTION, BEFORE HIRING A COMPANY, YOU MIGHT WANT A PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION FROM SOMEONE YOU KNOW, AND BE SURE TO GET A COPY OF THEIR INSURANCE POLICY BEFORE THEY START THE JOB. Response to owner's comment: How dare you accuse me of insurance fraud! Again, you take no accountability for destroying my house. Not once did I hear an apology. When you came out to inspect my house initially, you would have pointed out any damages or SPOTS at that time. The reason being, is that my house was in tip-top shape. It just needed to be clean. I have been very patience with you and your insurance company. And for the record, the offer that was made, your insurance company contacted me and said everything is put on hold because you are disputing the payment. They said you are requesting to come out with the inspector to exam the house again. There was never any offer accepted or declined. But of course, you already know that. You are the only one stopping the process, as per your insurance company. Your accusations speak volume. You are NOT a man of integrity! Nor a professional at your craft! No one with any sense would use the amount of chemicals on someone’s home as you did. My property smelled like bleach for several days. And to add insult to injury, first you destroyed my house, now you want to defame my character. SHAME ON YOU!

We can not say enough about KLT. Our white home is sparkling again thanks to their magic touch. All of our questions, concerns, or worries were addressed throughout the entire process. To say KLT and his team takes pride in their work is an understatement. They truly care about their craft and customer service. Highly recommended as I will be a repeat customer.

The entire process was very streamlined. Erik was very responsive and professional. He did an excellent job Powerwashing my home, deck and garage. I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

KLT did a thorough cleaning/power wash to remove all of the green and black algae and grime from our entire house, paths, patio furniture and even the many outdoor cushions - we will certainly recommend them and have them come back!
