I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the lower denture that was made at your clinic.
From the very beginning, I highlighted that the lower denture teeth were not straight and appeared slanted. Despite raising this concern, I was told that it was due to my “biting issue.” This explanation is unacceptable, as the denture itself is visibly short, uneven, and poorly aligned. It does not function properly, and I am unable to bite comfortably with it.
I am also extremely disappointed by the unprofessional remark made in our WhatsApp conversation, suggesting that the issue may not have been obvious before because I had braces. Such comments are inappropriate and disrespectful to a patient who is expressing genuine concern.
Furthermore, I was never informed that both upper and lower dentures should be planned and made together to ensure proper alignment and an optimal outcome. This is crucial information that should have been clearly communicated before the treatment began. Does this mean that patients who only do one denture (upper or lower) should expect an imperfect result? That explanation is unreasonable and reflects a lack of professional responsibility.
As a patient, I placed my trust in your clinic’s expertise and expected transparency and proper guidance. The result I received is far from satisfactory and does not meet the professional standard of care I expected, especially given the cost and trust I invested.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and the manner in which my concerns were handled. Because of this experience, I will not be recommending this clinic to my relatives or friends.
