The receptionist was very polite and kind, and the doctor was very friendly and helpful. The doctor tried her best to remove the fish bone that was stuck in my throat and I truly appreciate the effort. I was also lucky to use Perubatan Madani, so there was no payment needed. Thank you to the doctor and the staff for the great service. Highly recommended clinic!

We’ve been visiting this clinic for all our medical needs, and our experience has consistently been excellent. The staff are professional, courteous, and well organised, which makes every visit smooth and comfortable. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to explain things clearly, which gives us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. We always feel well cared for and never rushed. Clinic is clean, neat and comfortable. All staffs are friendly, responsive and professional. Their doctors are also very attentive and nice, giving good advices and not blindly prescribing medicines just to make extra profit.

I believe it's about time for me to share my thoughts on this clinic. The first time we visited Panacea Family Clinic was when I needed an X-ray for my daughter after she fell down. However, the doctor thoroughly examined my daughter and advised that an X-ray was unnecessary as everything seemed to be alright. After a few weeks, my daughter developed a high fever and we sought medical attention in Hartamas. Unfortunately, her condition did not improve and continued to worsen. It was then that I recalled Dr. Vani (Panacea Family Clinic) and decided to take my daughter to see her.. Dr. Vani thoroughly reviewed the medications my daughter had been given, provided detailed explanations during the examination, and even followed up with me via WhatsApp to monitor my daughter's progress. As a mother, I truly appreciate the compassionate care provided by the staff and doctor. They are incredibly kind and friendly. Ever since my daughter was born, we've noticed that her medical expenses always seem to be above RM300. However, we were pleasantly surprised to discover Panacea Family Clinic, where we received quality medical care for my daughter for less than RM100 🥹💕💖 And now, the entire family will visit Panacea Family Clinic whenever we're feeling under the weather.😄🙏🏻

I appreciate the cleanliness of the clinic! The front-desk attendant or maybe clinic nurse (I’m not so sure) but he was nice & helpful. I received treatment from Dr. Aida during my visit on 9/6/24 and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a personal/family doctor or do your annual medical checkup with her cause her commitment to patient care and her patients’ well-being is truly commendable.
