Klinik Khalifah Bukit Jalil

Had a great experience with Klinik Khalifah Bukit Jalil for my complete full blood check-up. The service was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. Special thanks to Dr. Shaffri for the detailed explanation throughout the consultation. The doctor explained all my results clearly and made everything easy to understand. Really appreciate the patience and professionalism. There’s also another doctor there who has been very kind and helpful during our consultations whenever me and my husband had any medical concerns. He always took the time to explain things properly and made us feel comfortable during every visit. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the doctor’s name at the moment, but I’ll definitely update this review once I know it 😊 Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a good clinic with excellent service 👍✨

Dr. Faizudin – the worst doctor I’ve encountered so far. I regret coming when Dr. Faizudin was on duty. He did not examine my son thoroughly, and my son is now suffering from chickenpox. It has been more than a week and his condition is getting worse. I’m very disappointed with this kind of treatment. The doctors here before were very kid-friendly, and I thought I would get the same level of care. Unfortunately, Dr. Faizudin was not professional in handling the patient. Dislike!!

My ears are totally blocked on one side and it’s so painful and I already told her I can’t really hear on that ear. The doctor she was treating me like I am trying to cheat an MC, but I am a flying crew which earblock can caused to serious consequences. She is just not professional in her job.

Resident doctor Shaffri is very attentive and knowledgeable. Takes his time to explain what may be mundane to him, in length to his patients. Staff at the counter is also friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is comfortable, with plenty seating, toys for the kids and a water dispenser. Bonus that they open till late at night too! <3

I’ve been a regular customer for a while, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back. The dispensing staff was rude and unprofessional. If you can’t treat people with basic respect, maybe this job isn’t for you. It’s a shame the company has to suffer because of your attitude.
