My ears are totally blocked on one side and it’s so painful and I already told her I can’t really hear on that ear. The doctor she was treating me like I am trying to cheat an MC, but I am a flying crew which earblock can caused to serious consequences. She is just not professional in her job.

I’ve been a regular customer for a while, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back. The dispensing staff was rude and unprofessional. If you can’t treat people with basic respect, maybe this job isn’t for you. It’s a shame the company has to suffer because of your attitude.

Resident doctor Shaffri is very attentive and knowledgeable. Takes his time to explain what may be mundane to him, in length to his patients. Staff at the counter is also friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is comfortable, with plenty seating, toys for the kids and a water dispenser. Bonus that they open till late at night too! <3
