Consultation with Dr.Matthew, very patience and caring. Both staff also very kind and friendly :) Ms.Fieza very nice

My ears are totally blocked on one side and it’s so painful and I already told her I can’t really hear on that ear. The doctor she was treating me like I am trying to cheat an MC, but I am a flying crew which earblock can caused to serious consequences. She is just not professional in her job.
