Woke up to our hot water tank leaking and Klempner was able to come out the same day. They replaced the tank quickly and were great to work with from start to finish. The price was reasonable for everything that needed done, and we really appreciated how smooth they made the whole process. We’re so grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The technician was on site and attempted to snake the drain, but this did not resolve the issue. When the piping was taken apart, it was discovered that the metal pipe was severely deteriorated and had become so thin that it disintegrated and broke. Additionally, the technician displayed an unprofessional attitude. Please address this matter with your technician, as this type of behavior and these kinds of complaints are not acceptable. Continued issues may result in work orders being reassigned to alternate vendors.

While a gentleman from this company was working on another job in my neighborhood, I asked him about the rough price and process to flush my hot water tank. He was very polite and took the time to stop by my house and explain everything clearly. I later contacted the office to schedule an appointment, and they were just as kind and professional—very polite and helpful in getting me on the books. The morning before my scheduled appointment, a supply line split in my basement, and I found myself in a bit of a panic. I called the office to see if anyone was available the same day to fix the water leak. To my relief, within just a few hours, George arrived. George was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. He had everything fixed within a few hours and explained what had happened and what to watch out for in the future. Had a clogged toilet early in the morning. Called 7RC and Thomas came out asap and took care of the issue. Prices MUCH more reasonable that places like Mr.Rooter. I’d recommend them to anyone!!! Great company!
