I moved about 10 hours away for a new job opportunity and had to put my house up on the market. The new buyers were concerned with possible mold so requested a mold inspection. My realtor made the suggestion to contact this business. My first contact with Dusty was reassuring and professional. Being so far away having to trust someone to do a job is scary, but Dusty did a fantastic job. Not only did he provide updates on arrival and departure, he made paying uncomplicated. He called me when the results came in and provided details on what they meant and offered explain to the buyers as well.
