Klaus Roofing system of upstate NY

Judging by my experience with Ka Laus Roofing, I recommend because they were competitively priced, showed up on time for both the estimate and the day they did the work. The work involved replacing all the screws in my 20 year old metal roof and re-flashing the existing stovepipe properly. They contacted me several times during the process to keep me informed and their workers were very professional and courteous.

Nina and the rest of the Klaus team are wonderful to work with. When a storm damaged my roof, Klaus roofers were at my house within a few hours to assess the damage and tarp it off to prevent further damage. When it came to the repairs, they were fast and efficient. Pleasant experience from begining to end.

We had Tom Pirigyi with Klaus Roofing Systems of Upstate NY come and do two estimates for us at the end of August 2025. The porch roof repairs deposit was $250 (Total $500). The gutters repairs deposit was $800 (Total $1600). The crew dug holes in the property on November but did not come back to complete any work related to the roof or gutters repairs. They took the headboard of a bed frame that was in the trash to cover the hole. I let Klaus Roofing know that the headboard is slippery when wet and a safety hazard. They keep providing a date but their workers do not show up on any scheduled dates. First, all calls and text coordination was with Lexi. After talking to Nina, the owner, on 12/22/2025 now they are not responsive. The promised to cover the hole with plywood instead but they did not. They said they will call Monday, 12/29 to provide us with a date but they did not call back. Now, they do not pick up the phone nor respond to text messages. I just requested a refund for $1050. Please refund our $1050 deposit as soon as possible.

Excellent service. Within calling they were at my house within 4 days. The men did an excellent job were on my roof for 2 days making sure everything was covered and done correctly. Would highly recommend them .

We recently had Klaus Roofing completely redo the outside of our house - new roof, siding, gutters, chimney and foundation refinished - and we couldn’t be happier. It started when we had a leak and Klaus Roofing was the only company that could come take care of it immediately. When it came time to get quotes for a new roof they were very reasonable. During the entire process they were professional, knowledgeable and the workmanship is top notch. Nina and Isaac were always helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you to Keith, Darwin and the entire crew for their hard work, they put in extremely long days to get this job done. Our house came out absolutely beautiful and we have gotten many compliments. I just had Klaus come in and replace the roof on top of my front porch. It is like a work of art. The crew showed up and got the whole project done in a day. They were like wizards, I cannot stress how good of a job they did. This company is at very top of their field folks. If you want it done professionally, on time, and right. I was very impressed with Klaus Roofing from start to finish! When I called for a quote to replace my roof I had an estimate from them within a few days. The rep. whose name was Isaac, was very friendly and knowledgable. He showed me exactly what would be done, and the materials that would be used. He explained the process simply and thoroughly. Isaac was the only person of three companies who actually checked the attic before giving me a quote. Once I decided to use Klaus Roofing the job was done in and timely manner with workers who were polite and very tidy. I would recommend this company without any hesitation. They were excellent!
