My husband Shannon and I found this gem of a store this past Thursday while vacationing at the beach celebrating our engagement! Stopped in bought a few items but could not stop thinking about the Pimp Shrimp Merchandise especially after being told the background behind the company, so stopped back in today on our way home and bought a Pimp Shrimp hoodie and already purchased a coozie on Thurs. I enjoy shopping at this location whenever I’m in the area. The store is always well stocked with unique gifts that I can’t find anywhere else. I can count on finding something for the whole family. I collect magnets, and they always have a great selection of those too (see picture). The staff is personable, professional and make each shopping experience a enjoyable one.

Largest selection of kites I've ever seen! Everything from simple diamond shapes that are excellent for beginners to complex multi-line stunt kites. Neat shapes and beautiful colors! Friendly staff and good prices!!!

Bought a kite on Monday, and on Tuesday it broke after being flown in a wind that was too strong. We took it back to the shop and they replaced the broken piece without questions or cost. Customer service like this is a rare thing. Thanks for making our day.

I had a horrible experience with an employee whom was confrontational when I ask for the price of a sand sorter. We left immediately. I now see why AMAZON is so popular. I emailed corporate already about this situation begging them to review cameras. Since she did not want to be helpful I found it on Amazon drama free. Never again. Employees can make and break your business so sad. I guess she may be nice to some people but not all people.

OMG you will not find a nicer place to shop with the nicest employees on the planet and the coolest products you could ever find (not just kites), but if you need a kite, well, it's called Kitty Hawk Kites. We vacation in VA Beach and been coming here for 20+ years need I say more. Don't miss the most amazing wind chimes you have ever heard. They have a product from a company that expertly uses the exact density length and circumference sizes along with the proper metals to achieve perfect pitch notes. You can tell poor quality by a "clanging" sound kind-of on pitch but does not ring or last long. These chimes from Kitty Hawk sing out in perfect pitch and the dissipation of the note is like a piano note the pitch never changes just get quieter. And, finally the combination of notes using 6 perfectly tuned tubes is beautiful. You will finally understand the difference between $5. -15. dollar chimes, which is why they are thought of as "just wind chimes". It takes real craftsmen's ship, precisely tuned tubes and crafted using quality metals. use the knocker to strike one tube and listen and time how long it rings - they are tuning fork (the hearing Dr. uses them to test your ears) accurate.

We love their selection and regularly come to get some clothes for our family. Our conversation with the sales associate today went a bit too personal and she assumed we are foreign tourists though we are local. It was rather unneeded for our shopping experience. We appreciate her being friendly and trying to be helpful though. Prices are reasonable and a great store to stop by if you are in the area.

This shop is on our must stop list every year. The perfect place to find a unique gift or a fun toy to keep us entertained on the beach. Quality merchandise; Life is Good, Natural Life, Pure Vida, etc. We always find something here. Owner is always pleasant and the store is kept immaculately.
