Remodeling is the process of renovating or updating an existing space or building to improve its functionality, aesthetics, or both. Remodeling can involve anything from minor updates to extensive renovations that address structural, functional, or aesthetic issues.
Drywall installation
Drywall, also known as gypsum board or plasterboard, is a common building material used for walls and ceilings in residential and commercial construction. It consists of a gypsum core sandwiched between two layers of paper or fiberglass.
Fan installation
Fan installation involves installing a ceiling fan or other type of fan in a residential or commercial building. Ceiling fans are a popular option for homeowners, as they can help circulate air and provide cooling during hot weather.
Install flooring
Flooring installation involves installing new flooring materials in a residential or commercial building. There are many different types of flooring materials available, including hardwood, laminate, tile, carpet, and vinyl.
Tile work installation
Tile work installation involves installing ceramic or stone tiles on surfaces such as walls, floors, or countertops. Tile is a popular choice for both residential and commercial properties due to its durability, low maintenance, and design versatility.
Plumbing fixture installation
Plumbing fixtures are devices that are used for the distribution and control of water in a building's plumbing system. These fixtures can include faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs, among others.
Interior structural repairs
Interior structural repairs involve repairing or reinforcing the load-bearing elements of a building's interior, such as walls, beams, columns, and foundations. These repairs are necessary when these elements become damaged or weakened due to age, environmental factors, or other causes.
Paint indoors
Painting indoors involves applying a fresh coat of paint to the walls, ceilings, and other surfaces inside a residential or commercial building. Painting is a popular and cost-effective way to update the look of a space, add a pop of color, or create a new atmosphere.

It's August 13, 2024. Last year, we decided to renovate our home to prepare for the possibility of my aging parents or aunt moving in with us. We stumbled upon an ad for Kitchen and Bath Décor & More. In May we visited the store which was AMAZING. June 17, 2023, we put a lot of faith, trust & money towards our biggest investment, our home. Celeste Haddad & Jonathan Neil offered us dinner, wine, soft drinks. Finally, after signing the agreement, Celeste sent Jonathan to our home at a 11pm to collect the deposit. At the time of contract signing, they said our project wouldn’t take any time at all & should be done by Christmas with a start date of September, the completion date never written down. All along the way, we were reassured that our project would be easy. We expected the completion of the project within a reasonable timeframe, with the expertise & quality of workmanship that they had assured us. We had hope that our projects would end up picture perfect like the ones we were shown the showroom. I will say that my heart breaks that our journeys ended up this way. What KBD has done well so far in my project; my kitchen cabinets do look STUNNING! My gray walls match perfectly with the other gray walls in my home. Jonathan Neil helped me to save money by giving me advice which sales to shop & when. Even though they did not have my projects done by Christmas, they worked tirelessly to get kitchen done so I could host my family. The easiest bathroom project, Bertin, paying attention to detail, lined up the gray veins of the wall tile perfectly! The niche is beautiful. Celeste was willing to work with me & change my bathroom vanity color. They, also attempted delivery which resulted in one of their workers holding it for us which is very kind. What needs to be done still our kitchen island, a central feature of our home, was cut 4" too narrow. What was once a functional island has now been rendered impractical. This impacts our daily use of the space & has significant implications for the resale value of our home. Despite being told several times that it was going to be resolved, there is no resolution. I will say that Celeste has reached out & tried to put my concerns to rest. I believe that at one time Kitchen & Bath Decor & More was the best in Houston. I am not sure when they lost control but they are trying to regain their footing & reputation. I pray that they can prove themselves honest, trustworthy, & the best Houston has to offer.

I have had many dealings with contractors and done a lot of previous remodeling on various properties before I arrived at Kitchen and Bath Decor I had decided to remodel my master bathroom from top to bottom and went to see the team at Kitchen & Bath with very specific ideas of design and materials. I could not be happier with the whole project. The only complaint is the installers where difficult with scheduling at times I did miss a couple of days of work waiting gor a worker that didn’t make it that day The design team made an extraordinary effort to find the exact things I was looking for including a very hard to find color of glass tile. The design they came up with was perfect and exactly what I wanted. We agreed on a price and a start date a couple of months in the future. I was advised that the project would take about 3 weeks. Exactly on the day they told me they would arrive, they did! The team came in and completely covered the bedroom area and I realized that they really meant “dust free”. Everyone who worked on my project was pleasant and helpful. The office would call and let me know who would be arriving on the following day and at what time. They didn’t even get annoyed when I kept changing my mind on paint color. The project lasted just over 6 weeks longer than promised but I changed a lot of my designs of my house in the end my house wad left perfectly clean and shining. I wholeheartedly rate Kitchen & Bath Decor in the heights a 10 on a scale of 1-10! Thank you for your hard work .

Just under 2 years ago KBD took my money, I sadly paid upfront, with no good faith intent to install a new kitchen and bathroom. Nearly two years later I was being paid back just $500 a week but even that has now stopped. KBD, under the name Hadad design and construction is now going through bankruptcy. You can google it. As part of that process I am now aware of double digit customers who went through the same experience as me but haven't been paid back anything. Look at all the 5 star reviews who are first time reviewers? Strange that for a company going through bankruptcy?? If you are a perspective customer, reading this and not written the upfront check....... my advice is RUN.

Luis and his crew at kitchen and Bath Decor are incredible. During the planning, Adrien was generous with her time while we figured out what we wanted; once we got into actual construction, he and his crew truly went above and beyond to bring our dream to life. All while being mindful of our budget. Our new kitchen is gorgeous, and so much more than we could have ever hoped for. Although it took a little bit longer than what was expected, we are happy with the in result, and we understand the construction is not easy. We would never want to have had to go through this by ourselves. The installers are not easy to manage and schedule the project manager job is very difficult, but we’re very happy that we’ve got the wonderful kitchen that we hope for we are praying for your success and we will keep you in mind after we recover from the cost of the kitchen. We are going to do the bathroom, we will certainly come to you.

It is our pleasure to post a review for Kitchen and Bath Decor. From the time we walked into their showroom to the final installation, their friendly and professional staff were amazing to deal with. Their designer helped us select the perfect countertop and made sure that no detail was overlooked. The installation was on time and they were efficient and organized. This has been such a positive experience for us. We are so pleased with our beautiful kitchen countertops. Thank you Kitchens and Bath for helping to achieve the kitchen of our dreams!

I had a great experience with KBD for my bathroom remodeling project. Right after the first call with Celeste I knew that this was the right company for me as she paid attention to my wishes, asked critical questions, and didn't try to push just the standard bathroom design onto me. I love that I could discuss pros and cons of certain design decisions and materials with Celeste , throughout the process and that she made sure we don't lose sight of the one major requirement that I made very clear in the beginning "It has to be easy to clean". The contractors did a wonderful job in fulfilling my high demand for attention to detail and in dealing with all the uncommon materials and fixtures that I brought in. I was very happy that they always offered their expertise when it came to making decisions about how things should be done right on the job site. I certainly didn't always make it easy for them but they went above and beyond every time - they even managed to make crooked walls look straight with their magic tiling skills. Last but not least, Jonathan and Adrian were great to work with too - always following up quickly and keeping the payment schedule very clear. We will soon start to plan the next bathroom remodeling with the team!

My entire kitchen remodel was completed to an exceptional standard by Luis and his crew; the cabinetry craftsmanship and installation quality are truly remarkable. They are fantastic for any kitchen or bathroom renovation. Being able to work with them was enjoyable.

We are new to houston and didn't have recommendations for a renovation project. I found K&B by searching for the local Decor cabinet representative, and I am happy I did find them. Although I had no personal recommendation for this place there team immediately seemed trustworthy and honest and our gut told us this was a company that truly cared about the outcome of our project. I interviewed three contractors and got three quotes. I felt only K&B truly listened and didn't try to upsell us. While our new kitchen is the highlight, we also removed two walls, soffits, mirrors and had new floors installed in most of the house. K&B didn't do the floors but were happy for us to find a source (something not all contractors will do) and their team worked beautifully with the flooring guys. Our schedule took longer than usual for K&B, (still shorter than my two previous kitchen renos) and that was simply due to backorders. They were far more concerned about the delay than we were. The subcontractors - plumber, electrician and drywall - immediately went into my contacts so we can use them again. There were a few differences from my previous projects. K&B quotes an all inclusive price without an itemized breakdown and that initially made me nervous just because it was different than I am used to, but turned out to be exactly what I paid. A refreshing change. Previous contractors actually wrote in the contract that we couldn't communicate with the subs. K&B was far more flexible and was ok with my asking the electrician to do some additional work. So we have a gorgeous kitchen that is very functional with an improved workflow that came in on budget! Well done K&B.

We dropped by the Kitchen & Bath Decor showroom in May of 2021 looking to renovate a bathroom. 16 months later the renovations completed include 3 bathrooms (shower replacement in 2, all new counters, floors and decor) the kitchen & laundry room (counters, cabinets, floors) plus flooring throughout the main floor of the house. Needless to say we liked the work so much we kept adding to the scope. Their greatest strength is their design consulting. Celeste did an outstanding job providing ideas, alternatives including options to manage costs. Most of what we bought was not off the showroom floor, Celeste made available other options to best meet our needs. Materials and labor from this company are at the higher end of the scale but we feel we received good value for our money. From a cost perspective, what impressed us the most was the management of changes. Contractors will often take advantage of change orders with ridiculous margins but we felt we were treated very fairly. Any defects in materials or workmanship were promptly addressed. Our only complaint was schedule. Between Covid, supply chain issues and labor shortages, work start dates were often late (we understand the economic climate but patience is not our strength). Overall we would give Celeste, Jonathan and their teams a “5 of 5” rating, recognizing opportunity to improve on schedule management. D & T. Wright

Just to restate this from another post. Kitchen, Laundry cabinets, floors are installed. Nicely done. Just need the knobs, the rolling drawers for the pantry and the rest of tile for the house.
