Steve is an OUTSTANDING employee at Kirkwood Heating and Cooling. Steve is a very kind caring employee who took time to answer all of my questions regarding my operating system. Steve is a tremendous asset to the company as it is employees that make a company successful. The ladies in the office are also wonderful. They always manage to work scheduling out to accommodate the customer. I highly recommend Kirkwood Heating and Cooling for any of you needs.

We’ve been using Kirkwood Heating and Air Conditioning since purchasing our home, and they’ve consistently exceeded our expectations. Over the years, they’ve handled our bi-annual maintenance, installed a new air conditioner and hot water heater, and most recently, a new furnace. We couldn’t be happier. Their technicians are truly the best—we’ve had plenty of service people in our home for other reasons, and none have compared. Every Kirkwood technician has been courteous, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it’s routine maintenance or walking us through new equipment and installations, they’ve made the entire process easy and stress-free. That kind of service really matters when you're making important investments in your home. Highly recommend!

Bought a mini-split in August and a full central system in September. Every KHAC tech who came out was on time, professional, and courteous. Chris Schroeder gave me straight, competitive pricing... I compared multiple bids and KHAC was the clear choice both times. Highly recommend.

Josh and team did a great job doing a furnace and air conditioner install in one day, replacing the old system.

My blower and heating unit finally went out after thirty years. 1) KH kept it going for that long with there annual maintenance plan and service. 2) after instal of new unit the converter (attached to ac unit outside) went out the next day while I was out of town. They came after hours and fixed for free which would have cost around $300+. Every one of their staff and techs are extremely polite and professional! Also had a friend who lives in another state who works in the industry confirmed the pricing on the unit I purchased and his words “ go with the performance 2, you will get the best bang for you buck with it. It is a great unit and their price compared to ours is competitive.” I will ne continuing to use KH for the next decade and let the next homeowner know how great they are.

Josh & JW did a terrific job with the installation of our new AC. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Robert from Kirkwood HVAC! He was incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He even showed me exactly what was wrong, pointing out the broken components so I could understand. Despite having to climb into my hot, cramped attic multiple times, he never complained. At first, there was a lot of discussion about possibly replacing the whole system, but in the end, Robert worked his magic and found a way to repair it—restoring my home to its cooling glory! Robert gets a solid 5 stars from me!

Kirkwood did a great job in moving and installing our new HVAC. They were prompt, courteous, and professional in installing and explaining the system. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new system.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Give 0 Stars If Possible I had a very poor experience. The technician charged $125 for an incorrect diagnosis and then quoted nearly $1,500 for a repair that turned out to be unnecessary. I got a second opinion from another company, who correctly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair for less than half the cost. This experience felt both unprofessional and overpriced. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We have used Kirkwood Hog & Cooling for 12 years. We have had consistent, fair, professional and knowledgeable service. Our A/C froze this week in the extreme heat. Our technical, Ricky A, was great. It proved to be more difficult than just a frozen system- of course. He went to get a part , found out it was back ordered 45 days so took our old part to the shop and worked on it to make it usable. He didn't have to do that. We appreciate his time and talents. We also have a very old boiler which we are nursing along with the help of Gary. He is our 'boiler whisperer'. WE don't want anyone else touching it. Kirkwood should be your first call, they will do right by you!
